I decided to switch to iPhone when they announced that it is possible. I chatted with the customer rep and followed his steps. Next day I realized that i could not make calls. I contacted them again and have been told that i needed a new Sim and I should not have done what I did. Was told that they expedite the delivery of the Sim. I received email confirmation and see that I will be receiving Sim on Dec **-** and I ordered it on Dec. *. I cannot get a hold of anybody, I am * *** in chat line. I am without cell phone service for almost a week?!?!? Not sure what to do, I am very frustrated and angry.
GetHuman-yakovlev did not yet indicate what Project Fi should do to make this right.
