Needing a document for a claim a client made with progressive that is showing on her CLUE report as "At Fault" yet, was not at fault. The document needs to show the clients name, date of the claim and that it was in fact a "Fault Free Accident" on company letter head, today and emailed immediately. I am her new agent and have the client in my office currently for the *th time in a * business days trying to find someone who knows how to do their job correctly. This is getting to the point I am almost convinced this is being done with ill intent and for reasons to make it harder for a client to switch their insurance due to the fact, Progressive claims department has multiple times (by multiple I mean ***** times in which I have had to fix falsely reported "not at fault" accidents as being "at fault" accidents) sending false information to Lexus Nexus Data Reporting Bureau which shows as a worse claim to any company they want new quotes from. That essentially makes it harder for other agents working for other companies to get the client a fair quote. Furthermore, upon requesting this information from Progressive the response is terrible and is made very hard to obtain a simple document in which will suffice other underwriting departments when requesting to remove a misreported accident made directly from Progressive whom, already know the claim was not at fault and should have never been reported as such to begin with.
