My claim was denied by Progressive stating it was added after the accident. However, on my profile, it shows processed on 10/17/18 at 12:00 am and I am covered for the 17th. Progressive seems to have updated my account after the accident occurred. According to my paperwork, I was covered at least 11 hours before the accident. I hope this can be quickly resolved as I am beginning to accumulate debt due to this mistake.

Hi, I would like to address an issue where my car policy was wrongly cancelled even though the full payment for the period of 4 April [redacted] to 4 March [redacted] was made. There was a previous misunderstanding regarding cancellation due to a mix-up in the order of my first names "Ebba Evelina Elisabeth," which was resolved by customer support confirming that all necessary documents were correctly submitted. Despite this, invoices are being sent again, and the policy was cancelled on 27 December [redacted] while I was on vacation. I urge for the immediate correction of this error, reinstatement of the policy, and removal of any unjust charges. The policy was fully paid on 4 September [redacted] with all required documentation in order as confirmed by your customer support team. It appears to be a system error that needs to be rectified promptly. I have been pleased with the service I've received from your insurance company so far. However, I have noticed that this will be my third renewal and each time the price has increased. Despite having no at-fault accidents or traffic violations, the cost keeps going up. I was hoping to continue paying a rate closer to my original premium. If possible, I would like to remain with your company, but if the price continues to rise without reason, I may have to consider switching providers. I appreciate your help in keeping me as a customer. Thank you.

Policy Number: [redacted]64 Hello, I am writing to address a concern regarding a payment scheduled for 22 March [redacted]. I recently switched bank accounts, and as a result, my funds may be insufficient for the payment. However, I have scheduled the exact payment amount to be made on 29 March [redacted]. The initial account I set up for automatic payments was changed due to issues with my active duty direct deposits, which led to a freeze on my account from the Army. This matter has been resolved, and the correct account is now my primary one. While the problem has been resolved, I was informed that it may take a few days to update. I kindly request that a note be added to acknowledge that the payment has been rescheduled for 29 March to prevent any cancellation of my policy. After speaking with a representative, I managed to decrease my payments. However, I realized that the coverage was higher than what North Carolina required, and it was especially tailored for healthcare workers like me, leading to further reduction in coverage. I am now questioning if I can receive a refund for the excess amount spent due to the higher coverage level. The rep mentioned that higher coverage is commonly chosen for leased vehicles, but this is my own car. I was unaware that my coverage level influenced my premium costs when I initially signed up with Progressive. I have paid $[redacted] for 4 months plus additional fees totaling over $[redacted]. I submitted two checks to your company, one for a reinstatement fee and the other for a renewal. I later discovered my policy, number [redacted]23, was canceled on November 14, [redacted], although I had moved on November 1st and had not received any communication from you. Despite sending the required forms with my signature via fax and receiving confirmation, my policy was still canceled. I recently received a letter from the DMV stating my registration and license are suspended due to lack of insurance. I urgently need my policy reinstated to avoid losing my license for six months. Hi Lillian, I need your help but unfortunately, I don't have my account information. I was involved in a motorcycle accident in Saint Clair Shores about 12 years ago. My address is [redacted] Francis, Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. Initially, my case manager was Michelle Shafer at the beginning of my rehabilitation. After some time, I didn't have a case manager anymore. I later found out that Progressive didn't want to work with Michelle Shafer as she allegedly mistreated her clients, and suddenly Progressive canceled my support funds, claiming my at-home helper wasn't doing her job. I suspect this might be a Michelle Shafer scam. She's now trying to place me in "Life Skills Village," a facility owned by a friend of hers, which I believe is driven by personal reasons. My suspicions point to possible collaboration between Michelle and someone at Progressive, given her manipulative behavior. I apologize for the length of this message. Progressive Insurance has been making unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account. They took money out in May and are trying to do it again in June. I haven't had a car since March 25, canceled my policy, and confirmed it twice before leaving the country. I submitted my car for repairs over a week ago through Progressive. They promised a representative would arrive the following day, but it only happened today. This delay caused significant hardship as my car's repairs were postponed unnecessarily due to their lack of prompt action. Despite multiple calls to my Progressive agent during this period, I did not receive any help. Since my policy did not cover a rental car, I had made transport plans for the anticipated week and a half without my car. However, due to the delay caused by Progressive, my arrangements are inadequate, and I now have to pay for a rental vehicle. I believe Progressive should assist me with the costs resulting from the problem they caused.

Hello, I am Zhefu Chen and my current policy number is [redacted]38, MA. My vehicle under this policy is a BMW X1. I am reaching out regarding my policy as there have been numerous errors made. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues promptly. Back in May, I received a rate change notification stating I owed $[redacted] by June 7. When I inquired, a male representative mentioned it was a quarterly charge. However, upon speaking with Ms. Janet, I was informed that the amount was due to a location change. I have attached documents showing that there has been no change in my address. Kindly resolve this discrepancy and provide an explanation for the location change on my policy. Moreover, I made two calls on July 18th. During the first call, I inquired about the policy price difference if I switched my Jeep to a BMW. Despite being told the price would drop in September, the rate increased with the BMW. The second call was to update my vehicle information, but the location was incorrectly changed. Please clarify these errors. Given these issues, I am requesting a total refund of $[redacted].75 for late fees and rate discrepancies, and an additional compensation of $[redacted] for the policy rate difference between the Jeep and BMW. Hello, I am from West Virginia and have planned to relocate to Florida for a year. I recently purchased a Progressive Insurance Gold membership and canceled my previous auto insurance in West Virginia in preparation for the move. However, I might be returning earlier than anticipated, possibly within six months. I am considering changing my car registration and driver's license to Florida, but given my short-term stay, I am unsure if I need to register my car twice - once in Florida and then back in West Virginia. I have consulted my insurance agent, who assured me that I am still covered even with my current registration in West Virginia. Nonetheless, I want to confirm that I am not violating any laws by not registering my car in Florida.

I need assistance stopping a payment from being processed to avoid overdrafting my account. I cannot pay today but can do so tomorrow. If charged, I may have to cancel my policy due to financial constraints. My account username is MickeySheehan, and I couldn't halt the payment through the website or app, possibly due to recently updating my vehicle information. It encouraged me to make a partial payment of $25 today to postpone the remaining $[redacted] to a later date, but it still shows the full amount scheduled for today. Hello, In September, two payments were withdrawn by Progressive Insurance from my credit card account. The first payment of $[redacted].00 for policy #[redacted]72, which was cancelled on August 30, [redacted], was processed by JORDAN INS AGENCY, a Progressive Insurance agent. The second payment of $86.53 for policy #[redacted]95 was also processed by JORDAN INS AGENCY on August 30, [redacted]. Both payments were deducted on September 30, [redacted], causing an overdraft and leading to inconvenience as I was left without funds for fuel. This situation has caused me stress and I now check my credit card before leaving home. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].00 for the cancelled policy #[redacted]72 at the earliest. Last night, we experienced heavy rain which seeped into the house. Despite my effort, I have been unable to locate where the water entered. I suspect it may be the Master bath, but with no visible signs on the ceilings, I think it could have come through a wall. I am uncertain which wall it might be. The master bath, guest bath, master bedroom, bedroom hallway, and part of the living room carpet have been affected by the water damage.

On September 20th, I attempted to obtain a quote for a policy. During this process, I unintentionally made a payment for what I thought was a previous policy but realized it was to initiate a new policy. After contacting customer service, I was assured that the old policy was paid in full and the new policy would be canceled with a full refund in 12 days. I can't believe a TV commercial showing a mean woman insulting a man was approved. Does anyone think this is funny or clever at your company? In a time when we talk about abuse and bullying, why did Progressive promote this behavior? This ad does not make me consider Progressive for insurance. Shame on you!

I have decided not to renew my Progressive auto insurance due to the significant rate increases. I have switched to Geico with policy number [redacted]-77-00-25 effective as of 12/20/[redacted]. Please ensure that the automated EFT process is removed from my account. Although I am keeping the Progressive coverage for my RV camper, we will continue to pay that without an EFT. Please, do not renew my Auto Policy - [redacted]28 in North Carolina and do not process any funds via EFT. Kindly close the EFT process and keep the camper policy active. Thank you.

On 10/26/[redacted], I was in a wreck that totaled my Prius, which I was paying $[redacted] per month for insurance. I recently purchased a [redacted] Toyota Corolla on 11/01/[redacted] with low mileage, well-maintained. I was surprised to see a jump in my insurance premium to $[redacted] per month. Being not at fault for the accident and having accident forgiveness, I contacted Progressive for clarification. They explained that due to a previous incident in May [redacted] involving the previous owner's daughter, the car was deemed "high risk," hence the high premium. Despite the previous owner's minor accident, Progressive justified the increase. After consulting with my Dad, a claims investigator, I realized this was not standard practice and considered filing a complaint. Upon checking other [redacted] Corolla rates, I discovered I was overcharged by $60 a month. Despite past driving mishaps, my record has been clean with Progressive, making the price hike unreasonable. Feeling penalized for previous car history, I seek resolution. My loyalty and referrals to Progressive should warrant fair treatment.
