I had a vehicle accident on ********, which resulted in serious undercarriage damage to my car. the other driver was at fault and his insurance company USAA, paid out expenses for my car to be fixed. *I had sent USAA additional receipts of out of pocket expenses I had, due to this accident happening in a remote area , (transportation, rental car, hotel ),, USAA called me back and said that they would pay $*** of my out of pocket expenses, but Progressive had to sign a property damage release form. After progressive signed it , progressive was suppose to email or mail me the release form to sign, and send back to USAA. Then USAA would send me a check. It has been * months and I have not received the damage release form from progressive. I have made numerous calls to my claim rep Robert Muller,, he did call me back once to say it was out of his hands because it went to Subrogation and he gave me an another Progressive * to call. I called and was transferred numerous times. Finally someone told me that it was USAA that was holding up the process, and that they had not received the property damage form that I was talking about. *I immediately called USAA and was told that Progressive was holding up the process because they were asking for additional monies (not their exact words, but it was how I understood it),,,, *I called progressive back,, left two voice mails with Robert Muller and have not received a response. *My policy that covers * cars and one RV is due on July *, and I am seriously thinking about shopping for insurance elsewhere. I appreciate that Progressive has great rates,, but my experience with customer service has been substandard. *How do I want this resolved? I understand that when two insurance companies are involved, that the process takes time,, but it has been * months since my accident and I have only gotten updates from USAA , not even my insurance carrier has given me any progress report as to what is going on and have not returned my last two voicemails. So to resolve this, I wold at least like updates and a deadline of when this claim is going to be finalized so that I can get the $*** that is owed to me. Also I really need someone to call me and convince me why I should still continue my coverage with progressive when the customer service has been poor. *my policy * is ********
