Help with my Progressive Insurance issue

Hi I have a policy with you folks. I am retired.*The insured vehicle.. Ford diesel*X* **** died in late ****.**I call in Jan. and told them about the situation, and asked if they would stop my payment.**Anyway In Jan. my husband had a serious neck surgery in January **** which I was his nurse for * months. During that time, we noticed our dog had a problem, so he ended up having toes amputated, and due to a melanoma. (That was doing foot dressings * times a day.) The last week of my husbands care, I got a concussion. Anyway, I finally got back to normal around mid April, and realize that your company continued to take out the payment, My bank statements are recorded: Jan. **** Feb **** March **** I would like to speak to a human etc.
GetHuman-dianasco did not yet indicate what Progressive Insurance should do to make this right.
