I recently purchased the new sea green Pampers Premium packaging, hoping for the same quality as the previous white packaging. However, I was disappointed with the new product. The quality of the new packaging was noticeably worse than the original. With the new diapers, I found that they did not hold up as well overnight, resulting in leaks and discomfort for my baby. The gel from the diaper even started leaking out. After three nights of waking up to a wet bed and baby, I am extremely dissatisfied with this new product. As a customer who pays R300 for a pack of diapers, I expect premium quality and performance. I will not be purchasing this new packaging again.

P&G's image has surely suffered today, as integrity appears to be lacking. I recently encountered issues on two of your sites where I was unable to access information without being an account holder. One specific concern I have is with the Tide detergent 96 oz size box that claims "$8 worth of coupons inside." However, upon purchasing the product twice, I discovered that the coupons were expired upon opening the box. This kind of false advertising is disappointing, coupled with difficulty in reaching out to you for support. It seems like many customers might face similar frustrations, which could be contributing to declining sales. I am seeking a P&G user forum to address these concerns, hoping that someone at the company will take this feedback into consideration for future improvements.

Dear Customer Service, I typically use Fairy Non Bio detergent for my laundry, but recently I tried Fairy pods. I noticed that some of my clothes were feeling sticky and remained damp even after drying. Despite several washes, the issue persisted, leading to the deterioration of several garments, including 12 pairs of knickers and 2 pairs of pyjama bottoms. My husband's socks are showing similar signs after just a few washes. I wash at 30 degrees, and my tea towels at 60, with no issues. It seems the pods' outer covering may not dissolve properly at lower temperatures. This experience has been costly, with the need to replace items. I would appreciate your insights on this matter. Best regards, Nina D.

I am disappointed with the experience with SavingStar's $15.00 rebate offer. I adhered to the rules and made legitimate purchases, yet the rebate was not honored. This feels like a scam that needs addressing. If necessary, I will consider organizing a social media boycott against companies involved in such practices. I have reached out via email and will escalate my concerns to the Attorney General of their corporate state and New York. I recognize this may not be directly linked to your company, but it would be beneficial to monitor those representing your brand to customers.

I would like to address an issue with the purchase of 'Fairy Non Bio Gel (cold wash)'. Recently, I bought a '38 wash' size of this detergent. Unfortunately, the bottle leaked in my shopping bag on the way home. It seems that the top is not suitable for this product, as it partially came off the bottle, causing 10 - 15% of the contents to spill all over my shopping. Cleaning the gel from my bag led to contamination on me and several areas of my kitchen. I have decided that I will not repurchase this product due to the high risk of leakage. The bottle top does not seem to be fit for its intended purpose.

The past few months have been challenging for many. Initially, acquiring cleaning products was hard. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the quality of both Bounce and Swiffer Wet products recently. It appears they are using fewer additives, particularly noticeable with Bounce. I now need to use double the sheets in my dryer to achieve the same softness and static elimination. The weight and transparency of the Bounce sheets indicate this decrease in quality. As for Swiffer Wet, it seems to have less cleaning liquid, requiring more product for the same surface area. I wonder if there have been changes in manufacturing standards or if this is an oversight in quality control. Will this be the new normal for these products? I await your timely response. Thank you. I seek clarification regarding these concerns. Without a resolution, I rely on P&G's expertise to address these issues. If there have been alterations, I would appreciate a return to the previous additive levels or improved quality assurance to maintain the original standard. Much obliged. - C.L. Schade

After living in our house for 15 years, we've never had septic tank issues until recently when we switched to Charmin bathroom tissue, advertised as safe for septic systems. Unfortunately, this caused a backup, costing us over $[redacted] in repairs. We feel misled by the product claims. Without the receipt or barcode, it's challenging to address this directly with the company. It's essential for the company to ensure their "septic safe" toilet paper is thoroughly tested before making such claims.

For the past three months, I have been unsuccessful in finding or buying Metamucil Berry Smooth Sugar-Free. I have checked various CVS, Walgreens, Target stores, as well as online on Amazon and Walmart. I even asked my local CVS to order it, but nothing came of it. I reached out to P & G's customer service line when this issue first arose and was informed by a representative that the product has not been discontinued. I was advised that inventory management is the responsibility of each store. Despite this, I am still unable to locate the product. I have three main inquiries: 1) Has production of Metamucil Berry Smooth Sugar-Free been halted? 2) Are there any issues with production or the supply chain? 3) Where can I find or purchase this product? Thank you for your assistance.

I adore aussie products, particularly their shampoo, conditioner, Instant Freeze gel, and Instant Freeze Hair Spray. These items work wonders on my fine hair, keeping it looking fabulous all day. However, I have one minor gripe – I prefer aerosol spray over pump spray. Lately, my aerosol cans have been acting up when they are about half empty, spitting and sometimes getting stuck. I clean the sprayer weekly, but the issue persists. This forces me to discard the cans prematurely, which adds up cost-wise. I'm reluctant to give up these products. Any suggestions on how I can maximize their value?

I recently bought a pack of 78 Fairy Original All in One Dishwasher capsules. After using them for just over a week, I've noticed that my glasses are getting smeared and marked, which never happened before when I used supermarket own-brand tablets. I still have around 70 capsules left, but I'm hesitant to use them as I don't want to ruin more glasses. I expected a well-known brand like Fairy to improve my dishes, not make them worse. I regularly use Fairy liquid for hand washing without any issues. I am hopeful for a positive resolution to this matter. Thank you. - Mrs. Maggie S.

I recently contacted Oral B to replace my old toothbrush recommended by my dentist and ordered two similar models with sensitivity settings. Unfortunately, I found the brush to be too stiff and hurt my front teeth. When I reached out on 4/12 for a return, they mentioned I could only return one and that the process for a refund would take a long time with a restricted visa gift card. I was directed to customer service on 4/13, and after speaking with a supervisor who refused to assist further and wouldn't provide a last name, I felt frustrated. I purchased two brushes under the impression of a 30-day money-back guarantee with no additional details. As a disabled senior, I simply want to replace my toothbrush and feel the customer service response was not respectful or sufficient. I am looking to return both brushes with a prepaid label and hope management addresses these guarantee issues.

I recently received an email from your company requesting proof of purchase for a promotional offer. The requirement was spending a certain amount to receive a gift card. I buy a lot of your laundry products monthly and entered all the necessary details except for the receipt. I find it challenging to keep receipts because of automatic bank payments. Although I buy numerous Proctor and Gamble items, not being able to provide a receipt seems unfair for the gift card. I believe the process should be more straightforward considering the amount I spend on your products regularly. It would be great if there was an easier way to redeem the promotion without needing a physical receipt. If possible, I would like to share a photo of my laundry products to show my consistent support. Thank you. - H.G.

I've been using Crest toothpaste for as long as I can remember. My mom used to buy it, and now that I'm an adult, I continue to purchase it myself. Recently, I bought the Pro-Health Clean Mint and Whitening variety, and I must say, it's terrible. The toothpaste comes out in large globs, and I find myself having to clean the sink every time my kids and I brush our teeth. It's really disappointing. I guess I'll have to search for a different toothpaste now. On top of that, I'll have to throw away two unused tubes, which is quite costly. - Laura

I had an issue with a bottle of Dawn dish soap in August [redacted]. After contacting them, they asked me to send the original bottle that leaked in my car. I used UPS which cost $9.69. Despite initial promises of reimbursement for shipping, I only received coupons after multiple follow-ups. Each time I inquired about the shipping costs, they claimed the check was in the mail, but it never arrived. This has been ongoing since August [redacted], with long gaps between responses. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution and am considering escalating this to the CEO and potentially pursuing legal action in small claims court for $9.69. I hope to hear from them soon to resolve this issue.

I recently bought the Swiffer Heavy Duty Dry Sweeping Cloths and realized they were scented, which caused issues for my asthma. Living in Tucson, AZ, known as a hub for asthma, made it harder to find unscented cleaning supplies. The overpowering scent of the cloths forced me to dispose of them. Even after removing the trash and cleaning the area, the odor persisted. I wish there were more unscented options available to avoid health risks and unnecessary expenses. Many products, like trash bags and dust cloths, do not require added scents. It is frustrating to see scented products dominate the market, leaving few choices for those sensitive to such fragrances. Companies could benefit from offering a variety of unscented alternatives to cater to individuals like me who prefer fragrance-free options.
