Hi I am writing you today as I was delivered dead flowers from your company and not only that. This has been a nightmare for my husband he wanted to order me valentine flowers and when he called to order them he got a women he could not understand and she could not understand him, he never gave his credit card information to her and just hung up. He then had me call to order my own flowers because he was so frustrated. I talked to a women who could not spell. I then was worried about it and did a chat the next day. I did print screen that chat and will be sending you that as well. She was suppose to send me the billing information to my email. It never arrived, I did find out they had the wrong address and corrected that with her. The flowers arrived today, two boxes when we ordered one box of flowers, checked with our bank and was billed twice, opened the box and the entire office can not believe I was sent dead flowers, they are horrible. I would like the money refunded to our account, I can send these flowers back to you if you would like. Ordered by Clifford Smith if you need any other information please contact me at ***-***-**** the confirmation number is ********************, sent to *** Spirit River Dr S, Cambridge MN *****. I have ordered from you in the past and never had this nightmare. Some of the chat enclosed. Please let me Know when you can refund our money and if you would like these mailed back to your company very disappointed also sent copies to the pr department
