I would like a full refund for my order number ************ which I ordered for February ** and got an email confirming that they would arrive on the **th however they did not arrive until till *:** on February **th at which time my girlfriend had already left for her trip the issue is that I was guaranteed delivery on the **th and it is not okay for a company to guarantee that which they cannot deliver and because of this my girlfriend had no flowers on Valentine’s Day and they will be dead by the time she gets back
