Help with my Princess Cruise Line issue

My parents are retirees who booked * tickets to a ** days cruise to the British Isles, in a flight leaving Israel to London at **.*.****. The booking was done with Princess Cruises through an Israeli company, Cruise Tour.*My parents were really looking forward to this cruise, unfortunately, * weeks ago my father had a stroke and is still on undergoing recovery and supervision which medically won't enable him to attend the cruise. Due to this unexpected issue my parents, with heavy heart and much regret, had no choice but the cancel their cruise booking although they greatly anticipated this vacation. *This vacation is a luxury for my parents, they have been saving and planning it for a long time, they have been using a significant part of their retirement saving in order to pay for it. *My father had contacted his travel agent and Cruise Tour company, he had expected that due his current medical state, they will enable him to cancel his reservation while being considerate and refunding him with his travel costs. Sadly my father's request fell on deaf ears and no compassion towards his situation. He was asked to pay cancellation fees of at least **% of the travel costs. **% is a high cost, especially for retirees who planed this as their retirement luxury vacation. Both the travel agent and Cruise Tour company have claimed this is the cancellation fee and there is no use to contact Princess Cruises company.*Due to these unfortunate circumstances and the laconic answers we have been receiving we are want to contact Princess Cruises directly as they are my last hope. I'm asking for your assistance and consideration in the issue above, so they understand the unexpected situation my father is in and the reasons that cause him to cancel his reservation. Please help me refund my parents with the trip costs, especially since there is over a month when they can still sell their cruise places.**We will greatly appreciate any assistance you may offer and we hope to re-book this vacation as soon as my father will be medically cleared to do so.**Thank you in advance.
