I was trying to call my Aunt yesterday at Princess Sapphire Ship. I used your ***-***-**** number to try to connect with the ship. We had a death in the family and so we are trying desperately to call them. However, the call didn't connect but it still charged me $**.** twice for a total of $***.**. I should not be charged!!! If this will not be returned back to me, I will have to call my bank and dispute the charges.
