The issue in GetHuman-erinandh's own words
We just disembarked the Regal Princess on Saturday, October **th and I am going over our credit card statement online and it is showing we have been severely overcharged for our onboard services. The folio statement we received, showed we owed $***.** however a charge was already posted to our account for $***.** as well as * other pending charges for $*.**, $**.**, $**.**, $**.** and $***.**. I don’t know why the large discrepancy but I need the overcharge of $***.** credited back to my card ASAP! Please email me with any questions or if I need to submit anything else to you as I do have screen shots of the charges and still have a copy of our onboard charges. Thank you.
