Hi I am trying to establish what your cancellation and refund policy is for cruise excursions. I am travelling on Regal Princess on a Baltic cruise departing from Denmark on * July ****. I am interested in booking the * day tour of St Pietersburg on ** and ** July which you advertise for $***. Will there be availability on this tour if I book it on board on * July? Can I reserve a slot now and pay on board for this tour? What is the cancellation and refund policy if I am required to pay and book this tour in advance? Please advise me as soon as possible.
