I am Amy S. and my sister and I are trying to get a refund for a reservation mix-up. We were staying at Regional Hospice in Danbury, Ct., and wanted to book at Hotel Zero Degrees. I mistakenly called Agoda Services instead of the hotel directly. They quoted me $[redacted]/night, but at check-in, we were charged $[redacted].99/night, plus tax, totaling $[redacted].98. Despite booking directly with the hotel at $[redacted]/night, the charge was made by Agoda. After explaining the situation to Agoda, they canceled the reservation, but advised me to seek a refund from Priceline. So far, I've paid the hotel $[redacted].00 at checkout and hope to get back the $[redacted].00 charged by Agoda. I've spoken with the hotel managers, hoping for a favorable resolution.

Recently, I have encountered difficulties booking a room online. I have been charged multiple times without receiving a confirmation number. This issue has resulted in nearly $[redacted] being taken from my boyfriend's account, causing frustration. I need to have this money refunded promptly. I have paid for some nights in cash due to the booking problem. Urgent assistance is required, and I cannot afford to wait several days for a resolution. Kindly contact me at [redacted] to address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I made a reservation on Priceline for a late August stay believing the hotel was pet-friendly based on my search filters. Planning to celebrate my mom's birthday, I traveled from Charlotte, NC with her and my dog. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't allow pets. I contacted them to confirm the policy and didn't check in. Seeking a refund, the hotel agreed via email but requires Priceline to handle it directly. Facing financial strain, losing this money due to a website error is difficult, especially after recent tough times. Priceline claims I can't request a refund since I didn't check in, but I couldn't due to the pet policy. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We have an American Airlines credit card that we used to book this flight using my husband's MasterCard. Our initial flight from Birmingham, AL, will be on Delta. We believe we should not have to pay for luggage ($30) per checked bag as we had to choose the best flights available. We are pleased with this flight. Both my husband and I have American Airline credit cards (separate numbers). The email account is the same for both of us at [redacted] He does not have a smartphone, so I use my cellphone number ([redacted]) to receive messages. I require a wheelchair for both flights. We both purchased protective insurance as we are both elderly. I am asking to waive the luggage fees and address the issue of American Airlines trying to charge a fee because we used one card for the trip. Please assist us with this promptly. Messages are preferred as we are not fluent with email technology.

Hello, I am referencing my booking with the number #[redacted]. I had a discussion with a representative last week regarding my recent stay at a poorly maintained hotel. I have also submitted images displaying the uncleanliness of our accommodations. Despite the hotel listing free parking at the time of booking and in my confirmation email, I was actually charged $25 per night for parking. I have been informed of a $26 credit to be issued back to my credit card. I am dissatisfied with the service provided by Priceline. The redirection to Booking.com was misleading, and I feel deceived. If a fair resolution is not presented, I will express my grievances on various social media platforms. I eagerly await contact from a representative at Priceline. Sincerely, P.J. [redacted]

I purchased reservation tickets for a trip to Bangkok, Thailand on January 20, [redacted]. The departure date for the flight was April 5, [redacted]. My initial flight was with Alaska Airlines, with confirmation number ISJFLG, with a connecting flight on Singapore Airlines. However, upon reaching my first destination in Seattle, I found out about the Thai Pass requirement to enter Thailand. I returned to Minnesota to resolve the issue and have since been unsuccessful in rescheduling with Priceline. I have provided the various confirmation numbers, but the operators and third-party connections have been unable to assist me. I am seeking a rebooking for my trip to Thailand or a refund to use another travel agency. The original Priceline confirmation number was [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-38, which was later changed to [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-44. I received further updates via email related to airline changes. These are the details I can provide at this time. Please respond to me via email at [redacted] If my concerns are not addressed promptly, I may pursue legal action for a refund. Thank you.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Howard Johnson in Fullerton, CA - Reservation #[redacted] Dear Priceline, I am lodging a complaint about the Howard Johnson hotel in Fullerton, CA, which I booked based on its 3-star rating on your site. The hotel did not meet 3-star standards as listed on your platform. I observed multiple discrepancies during my stay. Here are some examples: - The floor was under repair during peak hours. - The minibar was empty, and there was no drinking water provided. - The room lacked essential amenities like a USB charger, bedside drawer, and stationery. - There was no night spread or bedcover beyond a decorative strip. - Water availability was inconsistent, and the bin in the bathroom had no cover. - The hotel lacked services like valet parking, a business center, and printing facilities. I recommend reevaluating this hotel's star rating for accuracy to assist future customers. Additionally, I kindly request some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. I trusted the information provided on the Priceline site and would have selected a different accommodation if the details were accurate. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Laurie Lamson

I am extremely frustrated with the recent experience I had with Priceline customer service. I purchased a ticket over the phone for a trip from New York to Bangkok and then to Cairo as a multiple-destination booking. The agent quoted me $[redacted], which I paid using my credit card from Turkish Airlines. After ending the call, I received the ticket via email, but it only included the New York to Bangkok leg and not the Cairo portion. Additionally, the email stated that the price had increased to $[redacted]. When I reached out to Priceline to rectify the situation, they were unhelpful and insisted I pay more to make changes or receive a refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no satisfactory response. This treatment over the phone has been very disappointing. I have already informed my bank about the issue, but no dispute has been filed yet. Trip Reference: #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-44 Name: M. Milad Travel Date: May 10 Destination: Turkey

I made a reservation on April 21st at Union Hotel, Brooklyn New York (Priceline trip # [redacted]8) 2 hours before arriving. The hotel looked nice in the photos, with new rooms and white sheets. Upon arrival, everything was dirty, gray sheets with holes, and a very bad smell. We immediately informed the hotel we wouldn't stay a minute, called Priceline from the hotel to cancel the reservation and request a refund. I was told I would receive an email the next day with all the information and a refund within 2 business days. Unfortunately, I never received the email, and I haven't received my money back. My case number is [redacted], I spoke with Luis. I need to get my money back as soon as possible. Regards, Paula

I need assistance in rebooking a flight for the return portion of my trip that was inadvertently not cancelled. The Priceline trip number is [redacted]5. Despite multiple attempts to reach a live operator and using the automated system, I have been unable to resolve this issue. The system does not recognize the trip number provided in the original cancellation confirmation email from Priceline. I am eager to finalize this as it is necessary for my employment. Your help in speaking to a manager regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I had a concerning experience with Priceline recently. I reserved a suite at Budget Suite Plus @ Manhattan Beach for the price of $[redacted], which ended up being $[redacted] with taxes on 4/28/22. Upon arrival, the desk clerk claimed I only reserved a room with 1 queen bed instead of the suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed that I had booked and paid for through Priceline. The clerk mentioned issues with Priceline bookings being switched. I find this situation unacceptable and will escalate it to the appropriate authorities. I have been a loyal Priceline customer for years, but this recent experience has been quite frustrating. My name is Joyce F., and you can reach me at [redacted].

I made a booking via Priceline, and the confirmation came from Kayak. The booking clearly stated the cost as $1,[redacted].15 (approx. GBP 1,[redacted].71 as of 28 Feb when I received the confirmation). When I contacted Easirent to change the pick-up time, they informed me that the total cost would actually be around GBP 1,[redacted], as no insurance was included in the booking cost. It was indicated on the website that basic cover was part of the booking, and I have an annual excess cover policy for rental cars. I have never encountered a situation where insurance was not included after confirming a booking. I have paid between GBP [redacted]-[redacted] for similar bookings in the past. I believe this is a case of misleading advertising as I was not informed at any point that no insurance was included. The reference numbers are: Easirental EF[redacted]53PE and Priceline Trip Number [redacted]6. Driver: P. Edwards Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted][redacted].

I made a car reservation through Priceline and received a confirmation email from Kayak on February 28, [redacted]. The total cost for the rental with basic insurance and 4,[redacted] miles included was $1,[redacted].15 (approximately GBP 1,[redacted].71). Despite it being pricier than usual, I proceeded since all rentals seemed to have increased rates this year. The booking was with Easirent, with booking reference ER[redacted]53PE and Priceline trip number [redacted]6. Normally, I book a car for 6-8 weeks and purchase an annual policy to cover the excess insurance, as it's more cost-effective. I needed to adjust the collection time due to a late flight, but after many attempts, I reached Easirent to find out they charged me an extra day. They quoted over GBP 1,[redacted], nearly GBP [redacted] more than the confirmed price. Surprisingly, they claimed the rental agreement did not include any insurance, contrary to what I expected based on previous rentals. I'm accustomed to basic insurance being included, and I cover the excess myself. The high additional charge is misleading based on the initial rental terms.

On May 4th, I tried to make a reservation on the Hyatt Hotel website but was directed to a Priceline page unknowingly. I provided the necessary details and requested the hospital rate, but the agent needed to check and put me on hold. After waiting a while, I assumed there was no hospital rate available and hung up. My reservation number is [redacted]4. Due to a medical emergency, I needed to extend the stay and discovered when contacting the hotel directly that they do offer a hospital rate, and I actually booked through Priceline, not Hyatt. I am disappointed by this miscommunication and request a refund for the price difference between what I paid and the hospital rate at Hyatt. Thank you for addressing this matter. Sincerely, Deanna

I am having trouble finalizing a bundled reservation since the website won't let me choose a car. I am trying to book a package with a flight, hotel, and car. Although I've selected the flight and hotel, I am unable to select a car since the car option vanishes every time I try. The per person cost listed seems to encompass the car. I attempted to call for assistance, but I only reach an automated assistant. As I am unable to finish the booking, I don't have a reservation number yet. Please provide guidance on how to proceed.

I booked a flight through your service with reservation number [redacted]8. The website stated I could cancel within 24 hours for a full refund, which I did promptly. However, I am now being informed that the ticket is non-refundable. Being a GOLD member, I was assured by Priceline that I would get a full refund. Please assist me with this issue.

This morning, I used my phone to make a reservation at what I believed was the official Candlewood Suites website in Bensalem, PA. Initially quoted $[redacted].00, my card was charged $[redacted].00, leaving me surprised as I didn't choose Priceline. The hotel informed me the booking was done through Priceline. Despite multiple attempts to contact Priceline directly, I keep encountering automated responses. My name is Helen B. S., and the reservation number on my Mastercard statement is R[redacted]. To resolve this, I simply wish to cancel the reservation and receive a refund on my card. Thank you.

On April 8th, I made a flight reservation for two people from NY JFK to Mexico City departing on June 14th and returning on June 18th through Priceline. I received email confirmations with the following confirmation numbers after requesting the information: Confirmation# - VVNRNZ Confirmation# - HKQLZC Despite not making any changes to my booking and receiving confirmation, when I checked online, I discovered that my flight was not confirmed. No notifications were sent to inform me of any changes by Priceline or Delta. I am confused as to why my reservation was altered without my knowledge. I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with Priceline, Delta, and Aero Mexico, being disconnected without any explanation. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I feel compelled to escalate this matter to corporate to seek resolution.

I am experiencing difficulties booking a travel package with Priceline. During the booking process for the flight and hotel, I encountered an error message multiple times stating that the room I selected was already booked. Despite trying different room options, I kept getting the same error. Subsequently, my card was charged four times for the trip, and while I did receive confirmations from Frontier Airlines for the plane tickets, all four flights were later cancelled, each incurring a $46 change fee. I had no intention to book or cancel these tickets, and after the second error, I left Priceline's website. Priceline claimed the trip did not go through, yet I am facing charges and unable to book a flight on the airline's website. This situation needs to be resolved promptly, whether by speaking with an agent, refunding the charges, or securing the flight reservation successfully.

I would appreciate assistance in clearing up a question I have. I am wondering, if I make a reservation at the Caribe Deluxe Princess Resort in Punta Cana through priceline.com, will I be charged resort fees by the hotel? When booking on Priceline with the option to pay now, it states that the prices include all taxes and fees charged by Priceline. However, there is information on their site mentioning that depending on the hotel, guests may be subject to additional mandatory service fees such as resort fees. Upon reaching out to the Caribe Deluxe Princess Resort directly, they advised me to inquire with Priceline for clarification. Thank you.
