When booking through Priceline, I selected an all one or two-bedroom resort for my trip with my adult niece and a male companion. However, upon arrival, the room provided did not match this description. The front desk was unable to assist as they were fully booked. After checking the Priceline website again to confirm, I found that my chosen hotel indeed advertised one or two-bedroom condos, with no mention of a split room design. Contacting Priceline customer service, I was met with unhelpful and disrespectful responses. Despite explaining that the room did not align with the advertisement, I was told it was not their concern since I had already checked in. They repeatedly mentioned bed types, ignoring the fact that I had booked based on specific room layout information. This misleading experience left my niece feeling uncomfortable. On December 13, [redacted], I booked a flight from MCO to Santo Domingo for January 13 through Priceline trip# [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-44 with JetBlue. Due to a COVID-19 exposure in Puerto Rico before my trip to Santo Domingo, I needed to reschedule my flight. When I called Priceline to change the ticket to March 7, the price kept changing during the transaction process and I was charged three times: $[redacted].20, $[redacted].00, and $[redacted].00, causing me distress and financial burden. Despite my attempts to communicate with Priceline about the excessive charges, I was unsuccessful. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and help me dispute the charges of $[redacted].20 and $[redacted].00 with JetBlue. I booked a room at Extended Stay America in San Diego through the app for a hotel in Hotel Circle-Mission Valley due to its proximity and amenities I prefer. However, upon receiving my confirmation, I discovered I was actually booked at the Fashion Valley location instead. This has happened three times now, causing a lot of frustration. During my last stay, I had noise disturbances that affected my sleep, and the hotel staff was unresponsive. Given the confusion caused by the app's error, I believe I am entitled to a complimentary night stay at the Hotel Circle-Mission Valley location. The mix-up between Fashion Valley and Mission Valley is significant due to their geographical differences and the specific features each location offers.

During my stay, there was an issue with the Free Breakfast entitlement not being honored as stated by both Priceline and Hotel Holiday Inn Warsaw City Centre. The hotel informed me that their breakfast rate is €16 per person per day, totaling €96 for two guests for the duration of our stay. This discrepancy was unsettling, and despite their offer to reduce the price, we declined and opted to have breakfast outside the hotel. I appreciate your intervention on this matter. Dear Members, My friend, Margarita F., and I are facing a challenging situation and are seeking assistance. Last summer, we made a hotel reservation through Priceline for our dream vacation. Finding a better deal later on, we canceled the reservation by emailing the hotel at the end of [redacted]. We contacted Priceline to request a refund of nearly $[redacted] to Margarita's credit card, believing it might take up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect. Margarita had to replace her compromised credit card due to fraudulent activity while awaiting the refund. Despite numerous calls to Priceline in [redacted] regarding the pending credit refund, responses varied among representatives. Some claimed no transaction existed, while others mentioned the credit had been issued to her credit card. The bank consistently informed her that no credit was received. As of [redacted], Margarita has not received the refund, even after the bank sent a letter stating that Priceline had not issued the refund - although Priceline stated otherwise but could not provide proof of direct merchant transmission. Margarita, a single mom juggling work and school, is frustrated and running out of options, as we cannot afford legal assistance. Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated. My father was not allowed to check his bags when he was supposed to move to Washington State. Despite confirming luggage fees before his flight, he was denied and had to leave everything behind. He is stuck at the airport with no help. I bought the ticket and even purchased insurance, but now he needs to get on a flight urgently. I attempted all three toll-free numbers, and all of them prompted me to provide either a Booking No. or telephone No. linked to an existing reservation. Since I was trying to make a booking through their website, I didn't have either of these details. Despite entering all the necessary information, the button to confirm the booking wouldn't work no matter how many times I tried. Frustrated, I ended up booking through another website and even saved $15 in the process. I won't be using Priceline again after this experience.

I reserved a car rental in Ontario CA from 1/26 to 2/1 with trip ID #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-45. Upon arrival at the Budget desk, I provided my driver's license and credit card, but was informed I needed a second photo ID which I did not have. This requirement was not communicated to me during booking. I was unable to get the vehicle due to this issue, despite having my usual rental documentation. Budget blamed Priceline for not informing me about the second ID requirement. I contacted Priceline, and they redirected me back to Budget. After multiple trips to the airport, I am still without a car, facing a frustrating situation where neither Priceline nor Budget are taking responsibility, each pointing fingers at the other.

Last night, I went to the National location at John Wayne airport to rent a vehicle, but I was turned away. Despite not completing a rental agreement, my account was overcharged by $[redacted]. I am Robert Phelps. I request an immediate refund as the money has not been returned to my account. There have been recent incidents of violence and lack of safety measures at the hotel, with no security systems in place and free access granted after 2 am. The management is changing today to a worse company that seems indifferent to the safety of pregnant employees, even when threatened by individuals with criminal records. It is concerning to witness these issues unfold while working for the hotel and resort corporation for over a decade. Urgent action is needed to address these serious safety concerns before legal action is pursued. There is evidence, including reports of violent incidents, that highlight the urgency of the situation.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Priceline and Budget. I had made a reservation and arrived at the Budget location but was told they do not accept Chime Credit cards, despite it being accepted on the Priceline app. This put me and my daughter in a difficult situation. The Budget employee suggested going to an Enterprise location down the highway, adding unnecessary stress. This incident was unprofessional and unsettling. I have always trusted Priceline but this experience has made me hesitant to book car rentals or hotels through them in the future. I just wanted to bring this to Priceline's attention. Thank you.

When I arrived for check-in, the flight number provided did not exist in the United Airlines system. Despite New York flights being canceled due to weather, it was clarified that my ticket issue was not weather-related. The flight I reserved for 2/3 was actually scheduled for 2/4 with a different aircraft. This discrepancy points to an error made by either your company or the airline. According to your and United Airlines terms of carriage, I am owed a [redacted]% refund for this mistake. I am eager for a prompt resolution to receive my refund as well as compensation for the inconvenience of rebooking a flight and arranging accommodations due to the error.

I am reaching out regarding a refund issue with my car rental. Following the cancellation of my bank account, I used my debit card linked to that account to pay for the rental. Upon arriving at Detroit Metro Airport, Dollar Rental indicated they would provide the refund as I did not receive the car. The refund amount owed to me is $[redacted].00 for the car rental. Despite contacting your customer service multiple times, I faced difficulties in obtaining assistance and was passed around without a resolution. My bank informed me that your company needs to return the funds as they did not receive the refund due to the closed account. I was advised that returning the money to the card would not be successful as the account is closed. I am seeking guidance on how this can be resolved. Can a check be sent to me for the refund, or is there another method that can be utilized? The rental dates were from January 21st to 24th at Metro Detroit Airport. I'm considering adding a 2-night Bermuda Cruise to my 6-night Clearwater Beach package. The plan is to fly from Philadelphia to Tampa or Orlando on Wednesday morning, March 23rd, board the ship by Wednesday afternoon, return to Clearwater Beach by Friday morning, pick up a rental car at Tampa or Orlando airport, and stay at a waterfront hotel in Clearwater Beach with a rating of 8 or higher until Tuesday afternoon, March 29th. I priced the trip for 3 people at a 3-star hotel with an 8+ review rating for around $[redacted] for 6 nights. Comparing this to the cost of outer deck rooms on Carnival Cruise Lines to Bermuda, it seems like it would total approximately $[redacted] with taxes. I made a flight reservation and was informed by the airline that as a German citizen, I could travel without a vaccine or negative PCR test for a one-way trip back home. However, upon arriving at Vancouver airport, I was told I could only fly with Lufthansa. Consequently, I missed my flight and wasted $[redacted] on a PCR test. I believe it's reasonable to request a refund for these expenses. I had to purchase a new flight for the following day at a cost of [redacted]€ and another $[redacted] for a PCR test. My name is Steven W. I reserved a room for 16 days using my VIP status through Priceline. I didn't have to pay anything upfront, but I was supposed to be billed in 4 installments for the room. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was asked to pay in full, which was not the agreement. This issue happened once before, and it was fixed then. Unfortunately, after being on the phone for 5 hours, I still can't resolve the problem. I have driven 14 hours and now find myself with no place to stay.

I am writing to inform you that I booked a reservation at Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for March 23-25, [redacted]. The reservation cost $[redacted].97 with a Priceline Confirmation number [redacted]06. I made this booking as part of three separate groups traveling to the same destination. Despite two successful bookings with Expedia, I encountered an issue with the third reservation made through Priceline. After submitting the reservation, the dates defaulted to the same day, February 08, [redacted], making it impossible for me to be physically present in the Dominican Republic at that moment. Despite contacting both Priceline and the resort, I was unable to resolve this system error causing the date mix-up. Various supervisors on both ends indicated the responsibility lay with the other party. Frustrated by the lack of assistance, I am now seeking help from my bank to resolve this matter. I made a car rental reservation in December through Priceline with Mex Rent A Car. Upon arrival at the rental car center, I was informed that I didn't have auto protection included in my booking, which was required. I agreed to pay for the added coverage, but the rental car company insisted on charging me for the rental with the protection included and advised me to seek a refund from Priceline for my original booking. I paid for the coverage and the car rental. After contacting Priceline for a refund due to being double charged, I was informed that Mex Rent A Car needed to confirm the situation for the refund to be processed. However, the rental company did not reach out to Priceline, leaving me in this situation. I have proof of payment to the rental car company and the initial booking charge from Priceline.

We made a booking for a flight to Vancouver, Canada on June 24 for two 1st class seats. However, upon receiving the confirmation, we noticed that one of the flights was listed as coach instead of 1st class. After reaching out to customer service, we were informed that Priceline could not assist and we should contact the airline. The airline clarified that Priceline should handle the issue, as the booking was made through them. Additionally, they mentioned that the flight should not have been labeled as 1st class as there were no available seats. Despite paying for 1st class, we are now assigned to coach, which is unfair given the additional cost we paid.

I made a reservation through Priceline for the Red Lion Hotel in St. George, Utah on February 12, [redacted]. Despite paying $87 in full on Priceline, my reservation was not sent to the hotel. They demanded I pay again or leave. Unable to resolve the issue with Priceline, I ultimately had to book another hotel after two hours of trying. Despite countless calls, the situation remains unresolved, and Priceline still has my money. I need assistance in getting a refund as I already paid for a room that I was denied access to at the Red Lion.
