Dear all, I had reserved a trip through Priceline for Houston, TX on Saturday, August 28, [redacted] (Itinerary# [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-77) and wanted to share my disappointing experience. After evacuating due to the IDA storm, my family and I endured a 20-hour drive from New Orleans to Houston, arriving at 5:30 AM. Regrettably, upon arrival, the hotel claimed my booking was canceled since we didn't check-in before 5 AM, despite conflicting information mentioning 2 AM. Although I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, we were allotted 1 king and a dirty sofa bed. Exhausted from the journey, we reluctantly accepted the inadequate offer. To our dismay, the sofa bed was unsanitary and unusable. Further adding to our dissatisfaction, the bathroom lacked a door, the towels were dirty, and the room lacked proper maintenance and service. Comparing this experience to a prior stay at La Quanta in Houston on July 26, [redacted], for $71/night, which was superior to this stay priced at $75/night, left me severely disappointed. I have a booking with Hotel Julian in Chicago, Illinois. Unfortunately, I discovered the hotel is temporarily closed and is currently providing shelter to individuals affected by Covid-19. I booked my stay through Priceline, and I have been attempting to reach out to them for assistance in resolving this matter with no success. Despite the reservation indicating no refunds, given the circumstances, I believe a refund is reasonable. The alternative hotel offered is seven blocks away, which is not ideal for me. I prefer the option to choose a different accommodation where I feel safe, especially after learning about concerns regarding bedbugs and Covid containment practices at the current location. I am finding it challenging to communicate with a representative from Priceline; I am continuously redirected and receiving no response via phone or email. This has been a frustrating experience.

Dear Priceline Corporate, I recently contacted Priceline to book a reservation at the Baymont Inn in Jackson, TN, but instead, I received a booking at the Beaumont Inn Wyndham in Jackson, MS. Despite my attempt to cancel within 24 hours, Priceline refused to do so. To my surprise, I was charged for stays at both locations. When I reached out to the hotel in MS, they claimed I checked in, stayed, and even provided a room number, but couldn't provide any evidence due to a change in ownership. This situation has been ongoing for four months, and I am frustrated by the lack of resolution. I have proof of staying at the Baymont Wyndham and demand a refund of $[redacted].38 for the unutilized booking. Please address this matter promptly as I have documented evidence of my stay in TN. I hope Priceline will uphold its mission statement and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Hello, I'm Marcus White. I made a reservation with you on 08/09/[redacted] for $53.97, but due to a family emergency, I had to cancel the same day. The trip was booked under Sara Tiffee, [redacted], with Trip #[redacted]7. The hotel canceled the reservation without any fees. I spoke to an agent via SMS who informed me that the refund would take 1 day to process. However, it has been over 3 weeks, and the funds have not been returned to my account yet. I am attempting to book a flight through Priceline's Express deal, but each time I try to proceed with booking, I receive an error message stating that the flight is no longer available. This issue persists even though I am following the booking process through the email link sent by Priceline. I usually book my flights this way without encountering such problems in the past. Although I can successfully book the flight using the Priceline app, I am unable to enter the promo code, despite having multiple Express flight options available. It is frustrating as I have made eight unsuccessful attempts to book the desired flight, especially considering that the promo code expires on September 4th. I have already reached out to Priceline via email, attaching evidence of the error messages I am receiving during the booking attempts. I am eager to utilize my VIP discount along with the provided promo code for an Express flight. It would be greatly appreciated if I could receive assistance on resolving this matter promptly.

I have utilized Priceline to reserve multiple hotels for an upcoming cross-country journey. I opted for the deal where I would secure a hotel for a lower price without knowing its name until booking was complete. The site assured me the hotel would meet a specific standard. After booking, I discovered I was assigned the Wyndham in Albuquerque, NM. Following research into this hotel's reviews, I am shocked by what I found. Reports of blood stains, mysterious stains on walls, carpet, and bedding, broken security doors, and bed bugs were prevalent. Feeling deceived into booking such a place and now restricted from canceling, I am contemplating discontinuing my use of Priceline.com. I am seeking either reimbursement or the opportunity to switch my booking to a different hotel.

Hello, My name is Andrey B. I made a reservation for two tickets through Priceline on July 18th. Unfortunately, I had to cancel both tickets on the same day due to family reasons. Although I did receive an email confirmation for the cancellations, I have not yet received a refund for one of the flights. I have been trying to reach a Priceline representative without success. The automated system only provides cancellation confirmation based on the phone number. Priceline advised me that the airline, KLM, issued the refund, but after contacting KLM, they informed me that Priceline needs to process the refund. I am stuck in a loop trying to resolve this issue and have been unable to find an alternate phone number for Priceline customer service aside from the one listed on their website. My Priceline trip number is [redacted]7 dated July 18, [redacted], totaling $[redacted].59 USD. The cancellation confirmation from KLM Royal is 3MN6HO.

I booked a 3-night stay at Westgate Resort & Spa through Priceline for $[redacted].41. During check-in, I was charged an additional $[redacted].48 by the Priceline representative for taxes and amenities. However, upon arrival, Westgate also charged me $[redacted] for the same fees. Westgate advised me to contact Priceline for a refund of the $[redacted].48. After a long wait on the phone, I attempted to reach out to Priceline for a resolution, but unfortunately, no one answered after being on hold for over 2 hours. This situation has led me to submit this complaint.

I had reservations at Econo Lodge that fell through, causing me to book at Best Western without payment. I endured sleeping in my car for 2 nights. After over 20 hours on the phone with your representatives, I finally got my refund and was assured a complimentary room for the trouble. I've been trying to redeem it this weekend but have had no luck despite multiple messages. All I want is what was promised. Initially hesitant to use your services again, the quick refund and offer of a free room changed my mind. I appreciate how the situation was handled and hope for assistance with this matter. Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out regarding Priceline trip [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-45 and the issue with Confirmation number 3QIB72. Unfortunately, the airline's website does not recognize this confirmation number, preventing me from traveling or checking in for my trip. I booked this trip through Priceline, which consisted of two one-way tickets per passenger. The second one-way journey with Confirmation number 3QIB72 is from airport IOS to VCP. Regrettably, the airline does not acknowledge this confirmation number, making it impossible for me to proceed with check-in. Regarding Itinerary [redacted]5, I have been attempting to contact Priceline multiple times with no success. The wait times are long, and the callbacks occur at inconvenient hours making it difficult to speak with a representative. Despite reaching out to Perks At Work for assistance, I was informed by Dan that I must contact Priceline directly. My journey from Hyderabad to Bombay went smoothly, but upon arrival in Bombay, I encountered unhelpful and rude British Airline staff. Despite attempting to seek assistance and filling out necessary forms, I was offloaded prematurely and had to purchase a new ticket on Qatar Airways to continue my travels. The inconsiderate behavior of the British Airline staff was disappointing, and it is evident that customer service improvements are needed. I am requesting a refund for the unused portion of my ticket from Bombay to Dallas due to these circumstances. I hope to receive a prompt response via email. Thank you, Amina Rab.

I am a gold and platinum member. I have booked a flight for my granddaughter from New Orleans to Kansas City. The airline charges $65 for a checked bag, which I usually carry on other airlines. The gate closed at 3:05 pm, even though the flight was supposed to depart at 3:36 pm. I spoke to Frontier, who advised me to deal with the airport staff. When I requested a corporate number, the representative was apologetic but unhelpful. After contacting Priceline, they transferred my call to Frontier, which was unexpected. Finally, when I thought I was speaking to Priceline again, I was put on a call list. Meanwhile, my granddaughter is at the airport upset.

Hello, I recently spoke with a representative regarding a hotel booking at the Ramada in Augusta, Georgia from 9/10 to 9/12 for a wedding. Upon arrival after midnight on Friday, I was disappointed to find the room poorly cleaned. The pillows smelled of body odor, the room of urine, and overall cleanliness was lacking. I had to resort to using Lysol wipes to sanitize. The key card had issues and the pool was visibly dirty. While I didn't expect luxury, basic cleanliness is a must. I am seeking a full refund as a 15% coupon for a future stay does not suffice. I have pictures to support my claim. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

She mentioned we would be billed initially but credited afterward, possibly due to the reservation being treated as a new flight by American Airlines. Can we expect the credited flight with a value of up to $[redacted].80 each, as outlined in the email from Priceline, even if we don't intend to fly in the next nine months? 2. I encountered issues with renting a car. When attempting to pay, the credit card was deemed invalid, but my credit card company confirmed it was valid. After contacting Priceline and reaching a Booking.com representative for assistance, I was advised to try again in an hour using a different browser. Despite providing a new phone number, no callback was received, and subsequent efforts to reach out with an email link proved futile due to the link not functioning. Upon engaging with customer service again, I learned that Booking.com does not handle car rentals, and was provided with a toll-free number to call. When attempting to connect with Priceline, the automated system disconnected the call as I did not possess a reservation number, ultimately resulting in missed travel deals and a sense of frustration. Lastly, after speaking with a Priceline representative, a confirmation number was supplied, and I was transferred to Hertz, only to find they were closed.

After booking a flight and car for October, I realized the flight would arrive at 11:56 pm – too late for the rental car company closing at midnight. I had reserved a van to pick up at Northwest Highway in Dallas, Texas, today at 1:00 p.m., scheduled for pick up at 3:30 p.m. I received a call saying they didn't have the Ford Transit van as advertised but only a cargo van.
