I had a reservation canceled yesterday with the hotel and Priceline over the phone. Despite this, my bank account still shows that Priceline has not refunded the money yet. I am frustrated with the automated system dropping my calls and not being able to reach anyone. Please refund the money as I canceled correctly with both the hotel and Priceline. I have not stayed at the hotel and expect a refund. I am tired of playing phone tag and waiting for your call. Please resolve this issue promptly and refund the money back into my account. Thank you.

I recently booked a vacation package that included a flight, hotel, and car rental. While I received a confirmation email for the flight after contacting the airline, I have not received any confirmation for the hotel or car rental. The hotel is not accepting the confirmation number provided during booking, and I am unable to call as the phone number associated with my reservation or confirmation number is not recognized. My airline confirmation number is H2F5SD. I have noticed multiple charges on my credit card, and I would like assistance in ensuring that I receive the package that I selected at the price agreed upon with confirmations for all elements. I spoke with a Priceline representative on Wednesday, April 14 to cancel three airline tickets for our trip to tour Colorado college campuses. Due to Covid-19, college visits are not permitted, and all classes are online. Furthermore, United Airlines changed our flight time to one less convenient than what we initially booked. The representative assured me that the full refund would be processed without any charges. They mentioned I would receive a confirmation email by the end of the day. However, two days have passed, and I have not received any email. I have been trying to reach them on the phone, but have been unsuccessful. How can I obtain confirmation of our full refund? I booked a reservation for Sunday, April 10, but due to being on a "do not rent" list, I was unable to check-in. The hotel mentioned they faxed Priceline to refund my card, but I haven't received it yet. The reservation is under the name John R Woolley with itinerary number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 79. I then booked another room through Priceline at the Day Inn, but before check-in, I got a call and email stating I had COVID-19. Feeling unwell, I couldn't make it and today was the first time I reached out about this issue. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay at either hotel and spent $[redacted] on the two reservations. I have a reservation at Super 8 Irving DFW Airport North from April 17th to April 18th, [redacted], for a specific room advertised online by Priceline. Upon confirming with the hotel, I was informed they no longer offer that room and can only provide a standard room. I paid extra for the room I reserved and would appreciate a credit to book another room at a different hotel promptly. Priceline mentioned they can only refund my money, which will take 1 to 6 business days to reflect in my bank account. This seems unfair as I might not have the funds available immediately to book a new room. I believe I should be able to receive a credit to book another room at my desired location. Additionally, I am requesting a credit or discount for any future inconvenience caused.

I have had numerous calls with them to finally book my flights, and unfortunately, I have not received a confirmation for my booking. Despite having all the details, the state claims they do not have it. I have already pre-paid for a rental car and hotel. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold for 40 minutes, and the call was eventually disconnected. I am frustrated and angry about this situation. I will not hesitate to speak negatively about this company if this issue is not resolved promptly. I require my trip to be booked on the dates I specified, or I demand a full refund. Additionally, after wasting hours of work time on this matter, I believe I should receive a discount.

I have been attempting to reserve a 3-star hotel deal in Cranbury, NJ through Priceline's Express Deals. The offer includes a rate of $63 per night with free parking, which is exactly what I was looking for. Despite various attempts at booking, including considering a Priceline Visa, I encountered errors with the final charges and a discount issue that expired at noon Pacific time. After multiple interactions with Priceline and Barclays Bank representatives, including Anna and Chris, I was told there is a known technical problem they are working on. Despite waiting for callback number 5 from Marshay at Priceline, I have been unable to successfully complete the booking after spending hours on hold and trying repeatedly. Unfortunately, clicking the "Complete Booking" button has been unresponsive over 20 times. At this point, I am frustrated and considering using a different travel site in the future due to the inefficiency and lack of resolution with Priceline.

I made a booking for an airline flight with confirmation number HH2YU6 and booking number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-45 for a cruise that got canceled due to Covid-19 CDC restrictions. Since I was already in Florida, I wanted to reschedule my return flight for Sunday, 6/27, on the 2:15 flight connecting in Atlanta to Tri Cities. When I contacted Delta, the representative tried to change it but encountered an error message. He advised me to reach out to Priceline. Despite Priceline sending an email saying the reservation was altered, it remains the same with the return flight scheduled for 6/26/21. I've been unable to speak to a Priceline representative due to the automated system. I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I decided to use Priceline to make a hotel reservation for my daughter's surgery. While in the car, I filled in my information to book 1 room for 2 nights, but the booking repeatedly failed, asking me to refresh and re-enter my details. After trying 4 times, the reservation finally went through, and my room reservation number is [redacted]54. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the hotel, I was told I had 3 rooms reserved instead of just the one I needed. This mix-up has left me without the deposit for my daughter's surgery, and she's unwell. I urgently need assistance to either refund the money for the extra 2 rooms or change the dates for them to 4/28 to 4/30 and 4/30 to 5/2. I now find myself in a difficult financial situation, overdrawn at the bank and running low on gas, as the bookings were made within minutes of each other due to constant screen refreshing. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently arrived at the Residence Inn by Marriott, but despite making a reservation last week and having a confirmation number, they claim to have no record of it and are fully booked. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the booking was already paid for. As I am now stranded with my child, I would appreciate being provided with a similar hotel room nearby at no extra charge.

Hello. I had a productive conversation with a Priceline customer service agent last Saturday, April 24th. The agent assisted me in securing a new flight from PDX airport to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, departing on May 9th and returning on May 30th this year. This new booking was necessary after my previous flight was canceled due to the pandemic. I was informed that the reservation was successfully made and would be covered using approximately half the credit from the canceled flight. The representative mentioned that I would receive a confirmation email shortly with the updated flight details. However, it has now been a few days since the conversation, and I have not received any email in my inbox or spam folder. Additionally, the new flight does not appear in the "My Trips" section on the website, causing some uncertainty. I am eager to receive confirmation of the booking and the flight itinerary via email promptly, so I can proceed with my travel arrangements. I made a reservation at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham last Tuesday on the 20th but was denied check-in due to a negative review the hotel had received. Despite paying $60 through Priceline, they wouldn't let us stay. We had to book another hotel and pay an additional $60. We have been attempting to get a refund for a week now, but after numerous calls and being put on hold for hours, we haven't made progress. The hotel staff mentioned contacting Priceline for the refund, but we haven't received the credit on the card ending in [redacted]. We are frustrated by the lack of assistance and the runaround. I just reviewed the reservations on the Priceline App, and the flight you have us scheduled for does not match our original booking with American Airlines. Our confirmation number with American Airlines is LPXHJN, leaving from Cincinnati on August 1 at 7:16 am to Chicago at 7:40 am, then continuing to Sacramento, CA at 9:50 am landing at 12:22 pm. However, based on our trip number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-44, you have us departing from CVG on August 1 at 6:40 pm and arriving in Sacramento at 9:52 pm. This discrepancy is causing major issues with our existing plans. It's frustrating that there is no way to speak to a representative about this matter, especially considering the amount we've paid. This is the second time we've had issues with Priceline, and it's extremely disappointing.

On April 12, [redacted], I tried to book a room at Best Western in Columbia, MO, through Priceline for May 15, [redacted], at a rate of $75.41. After completing the reservation online, I noticed the date had reverted to the day of booking. Best Western and Priceline each claimed the other had to make changes. After an hour-long call to Priceline, I felt like no one was taking responsibility for the error. Best Western's staff initially refused to change the date but later agreed to cancel the charge. I received cancellation number [redacted] from Linda at Best Western. I found it suspicious that Priceline automatically filled in the reservation date. Despite assurances from Best Western, my credit card was still charged $75.41. I plan to dispute this charge through my bank as advised by Best Western Customer Relations.

I recently booked a car and hotel bundle with Priceline for a Vegas trip to celebrate my son's birthday. The pick-up time for the rental car was set for 10 am, although our arrival in Vegas was at 2 pm. I was unable to adjust the pick-up time and upon arrival, was informed that my car had been given away without the option to modify. I made a reservation for Holiday Inn Express in Minden, Louisiana, intending to check in on May 4th and check out on May 5th, [redacted]. I tried to cancel my reservation before the deadline of 1 am on May 3rd but have been unable to reach a live person despite calling multiple times over four days. While searching for a hotel, I selected "pet-friendly" filters and chose the Holiday Inn in Kearney due to the water slides mentioned. Upon arrival, the front desk contacted me regarding my dog, to which I confirmed. I was informed they are not pet-friendly and would charge an extra $[redacted] or find other arrangements. As the hotel was initially chosen for being pet-friendly, I would like to switch to a pet-friendly option like La Quinta in Kearney for the night.
