We tried to call Priceline when we were turned away but could not get through. Did not receive a call back until almost *am and was then disconnected. Attempted to chat, would not connect to an agent. Attempted to text twice, no one ever responded. Attempted to call again today and again could not get through. My credit card has been charged $***.** for this reservation. Additionally, we had to drive two hours late at night with children to find another hotel. It was frustrating and unsafe. The most frustrating part has been the inability to reach anyone at Priceline to resolve the issue. Please refund the charge for this stay that was placed on my credit card. This is the last time I will attempt to connect with Priceline over this matter. I have now not only had the dangerous inconvenience of being stranded, I have been charged for a non-existent room and wasted hours attempting to make contact in any way possible. If it is not resolved this time I will open a dispute with my credit card company. Thank you.
