Use an online reservation. ... Name: Annemarie Miles*Trip Number: *************We were turned away at the hotel. They told us they did not have our reservation and they had no available rooms. We tried to call Priceline when we were turned away but could not get through. Did not receive a call back until almost *am and was then disconnected. Attempted to chat, would not connect to an agent. Attempted to text twice, no one ever responded. Attempted to call again today and again could not get through. My credit card has been charged $***.** for this reservation. Additionally, we had to drive two hours late at night with children to find another hotel. It was frustrating and unsafe. The most frustrating part has been the inability to reach anyone at Priceline to resolve the issue. Please refund the charge for this stay that was placed on my credit card. This is the last time I will attempt to connect with Priceline over this matter. I have now not only had the dangerous inconvenience of being stranded, I have been charged for a non-existent room and wasted hours attempting to make contact in any way possible. If it is not resolved this time I will open a dispute with my credit card company. Thank you.

Refund the reservation that the hotel didn’t accept.
We have been customers for years without a problem. I understand things happen, but the inability to reach anyone at Priceline for help even two days later is frustrating.
Everything. Both the hotel and I tried to call Priceline at the time we were turned away and no agents were available for over two hours. Accepted call back option, call back occurred at almost *am and was disconnected. Tried chat and text with no response.
