We had a reservation to fly from St. Louis to Honolulu March **th at *am. The flight was switched to *am, and we were not notified, therefore we missed our flight. So we scrambled around to find another flight to Honolulu, and we found one, but we will now be getting there a day later and it’s costing almost ****$ more. We are also running the risk of losing our rental car we rented through you and a nonreturnable fee of ****$ for the rental. I feel we should be reimbursed our extra money for the flights and even the full day we will be missing at the hotel, and our time considering now instead of one layover for two hours we have three and one is all night...
