I reserved a rental through Rentalcar.com my card was charged ***.** when I went to pick up the vehicle on March **th at Thrifty Rental I was denied due to not having a major credit card I was told to contact Priceline that's who would be able to refund my money back because it was through a third party. I have been trying to speak to a live person since this happened and have not yet been successful all I want is my money back on a rental that I did not receive. I am very upset about this matter I need this resolve I don't have ***.** to give and did not receive service I need to speak to a live person about this matter.
