I made a reservation at Motel 6 in West Monroe, Louisiana. The check-in was problematic; I informed the staff I had already paid through Priceline, but they insisted I pay again. After a confrontation involving the manager, who was hostile, we felt compelled to involve the police. I am adamant about not double-paying for my five-night stay. I intend to resolve this issue without incurring extra charges.

I made an online car rental reservation through Priceline under Shelley MacDonald for my daughter, Paige Jeansonne, at Nashville Airport on October 30 with Dollar Rental. My card ending in [redacted] was charged, but when Paige arrived, Dollar claimed they didn't receive payment from Priceline and had no reservation in my name. They then rebooked under Paige's name and charged her card. The issue is that my card was charged $[redacted].38 for a car we never received. I've contacted Priceline and Dollar customer service but have not received a refund. I informed my bank, Capital One, that I did not receive the car and shouldn't be charged for it. Please refund my card. Thank you.

I made a reservation for a large SUV through Priceline, which was sold by National car rental. I paid the fees in advance for pick-up at Ontario airport in California. Unfortunately, National didn't have any SUVs available and offered a Dodge Charger instead, which was not suitable for our needs. Our confirmation number was Trip number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-38. This issue occurred while we were traveling for my mother's funeral. I understand it wasn't National's fault, and I am waiting to hear back from Priceline. The experience was disappointing, especially since it's the second time I've encountered problems at Ontario airport car rental. I hope to receive a resolution soon as selling a service that cannot be provided is unacceptable. Thank you. - Jack D.

I was charged $65 for a night at Days Inn in Lincolnton, NC, but I didn't stay there or make a booking. I have been unable to reach the hotel by phone because I didn't stay there, yet my account was still charged. I am willing to join a membership to resolve this issue for a refund. This experience has made me decide not to use Priceline again because I cannot speak to a live person. I hope to get my money back even though there is no trip or phone number provided since I didn't stay. Thank you.

I require assistance from a representative instead of dealing with the automated system. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances related to a family member's illness in Kansas City have caused complications. I urgently need to modify the details of two airline tickets for a trip from Gainesville, Florida to Grand Rapids, Michigan. Additionally, I need to cancel the hotel reservation in Kansas City.

My flight arrived late, causing me to miss the shuttle to the rental agency, Fox, that Priceline arranged for me. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they never showed up. I ended up renting from Avis, but when I called Fox, they informed me that my order was canceled. I had prepaid for my rental, so I urgently require a refund or assistance in securing a rental from another company. I chose Avis due to Priceline's booking with a rental agency that couldn't accommodate my delayed flight. I provided my flight information (Spirit #[redacted] from Cleveland to LAX on 12/29/[redacted] at 10:35 p.m.), arriving slightly behind schedule, yet Avis and other rentals were open. I seek either a refund or alternative rental arrangements from December 30, [redacted], until January [redacted].

I am inquiring about a refund for a room reservation. I paid for the booking, but at check-in, I was not allowed to proceed because the card used for payment did not match the name on the reservation. I contacted the hotel, and the booking was canceled. I was informed that a refund would be processed within two to three days, but as of now, I have not received it. I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund and an estimated timeline for when I can expect to receive it.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by your company. We planned a Christmas trip to San Francisco and rented a car from Thrifty through Priceline. Due to the lockdown in California and travel restrictions from Maryland, we had to cancel the trip. After disputing the $[redacted] charge on our credit card, we were initially refunded but later saw the charge reappear on our Venture card. Traveling has become impossible for us during the pandemic, especially for seniors. Despite numerous attempts to contact your company, all we receive are automated recordings with no option to speak to a representative about the unjust charge. I am determined to find your corporate headquarters to address this issue and demand a refund.

On January 1st, my wife, J. Hoberty, rented a room from your company. Sadly, she had an accident and we couldn't make it to the motel as planned. I did call to cancel the reservation, booked through a third party, possibly Priceline. The reservation number is R [redacted]. The representative assured me that the refund for the room would be credited back to my card with the last four digits [redacted]. The contact number linked to this booking is [redacted]. I made a reservation with Priceline using my debit card after losing my ID. I believed I could book through their service without any trouble due to a friend mentioning a numerical reservation key for keyless check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk requested my ID, explaining they normally only accept card payments if the guest presents matching ID. However, they allowed me to stay by paying in cash and leaving a cash deposit for incidentals. They mentioned this was a pre-authorization that would be released in a few days. Recently, while reviewing my card statements, I saw the charge from Priceline, which was surprising as they usually handle everything smoothly. I am hoping for a prompt refund since this issue occurred nearly ten weeks ago.

I booked a car through Priceline under Thrifty with confirmation number J[redacted] for tomorrow at 10AM. Due to a flight delay, we won't arrive until 3:15PM. I've attempted multiple times to change the pickup time through Thrifty, Hertz, and Priceline via phone and online with no success. Even though there's a 6-hour grace period until 4PM, I'm concerned about potential flight delays. The rental is under my husband's name, David P. I made a reservation for a flight from Maui to Las Vegas on 1/5/21 departing at 10:59 pm. When I arrived for check-in, I was informed that I had to be moved to the next available flight because the one I paid for was already full. I rebooked for a flight on United departing at 10 am on 1/6/21, but upon check-in, I was told my flight was rescheduled again to depart at 10:59 pm on the same day. I have paid for this reservation twice now and urgently need to be in Las Vegas as my mom's health is declining. I have called customer support multiple times today, but have been disconnected each time. This is highly distressing for me, and I require immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you.

On November 8, [redacted], we reserved a room via Priceline. Upon arrival for check-in, we encountered a rude clerk. When politely requesting to use the restroom while my husband handled the check-in process, the clerk harshly refused due to Covid restrictions. Her unwelcoming demeanor led us to opt not to stay. Considering her initial behavior, we worried about how she would respond to any future requests. I am seeking a refund or credit for a future stay when we travel again.

I missed my flight from Nashville International Airport on 1-9-[redacted] at 1:36 due to traffic delays caused by accidents on the interstate. I encountered multiple delays and had to navigate around emergency vehicles, leading to extra charges of $75.00 for missing my flight and $30.00 for luggage, which I was unaware of and could not afford. I believe these circumstances were out of my control, and I should be refunded as these charges have caused financial strain. I wasn't feeling well and had to assist my mother due to a family member contracting Covid. Despite this, I was still charged for the hotel. I have reached out to both the hotel and Priceline. Please remove the erroneous charge promptly. It is disheartening to face such behavior during a pandemic. I urge you to review the transaction at Hyatt. I will no longer use Priceline in the future. Please show empathy and understand my current challenges. I am dealing with a child custody case and various other crises. Kindly refund the charge from January 11 as soon as possible. Show some compassion, Priceline.

I made a hotel reservation through an Express Deal on January 6, [redacted]. I used a coupon code (NEWYEAR21) for a $21 discount. The booking details showed a hotel subtotal of $[redacted], taxes and fees of $79.98, minus the coupon amount, resulting in a total of $[redacted].98. However, Priceline charged my credit card $[redacted].98 and did not honor the coupon. I find this misleading and false as the coupon was advertised on their homepage. I contacted Priceline's customer service twice and was told they would investigate the issue within 48 hours, but I have yet to receive a response. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed and simply want a refund of the $21 coupon amount. Thank you.

I'm Anthony J., I picked up my rental car at Next Car Rental. After waiting an hour, they said I needed $[redacted],[redacted].00 property damage on my insurance, which is unreasonable. They offered their insurance for $[redacted].00 plus a $[redacted].00 deposit on top of my $[redacted].00 reservation, totaling $[redacted].00. This would have cost $1,[redacted] for a 4-day rental. I checked with my insurance company, and it wasn't possible. Requiring such excessive insurance for a car worth under $30,[redacted].00 seems odd. Now, my family and I are stuck on vacation without transportation, which is unacceptable.

Dear Priceline Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding a flight issue my teenage sons encountered yesterday morning. They had a tight connection from Kelowna to Vancouver, then onwards to Seattle and Missouri. Unfortunately, a last-minute change to their Vancouver to Seattle flight caused them to miss their connecting flight to Missouri. This led to an unexpected stay in Seattle. I only discovered the flight change email in my Junk folder after contacting Priceline. It seems crucial alerts like this should not end up in such folders. While my sons are now en route to Missouri, this situation has caused them unnecessary stress, and incurred additional expenses like hotel and baggage fees. I believe Priceline should take some responsibility for this mishap. Any assistance from Priceline to remedy this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Tamara

I contacted the motel yesterday in Arlington, Texas at Wyndham on Collins Street regarding my reservation. I was informed that my reservation had been canceled and my money would be refunded to my card. Despite expressing that I had already been charged, I was assured the refund would be processed. When I called back later, I was told the money would be back on my card today. Due to the cancellation, I decided to rent a different room elsewhere, only to find out that I was still charged for the initial reservation. I demand an immediate refund to my card as promised. Booking.com has no record of my reservation when I call. Please address this issue promptly to avoid further action. Thank you.
