I made a reservation at Days Inn South Seattle Tukwila for today and tomorrow. When inquiring about early check-in, I was informed that it could only be done at two or 2:30 p.m. The lady I spoke to was rude and aggressive. As a loyal platinum member, I have faced several issues recently. I request a refund and cancellation of my reservation. I hope for a prompt reimbursement of the charges.

I made a reservation for Rose Inn International from December 3rd to 6th, [redacted] with trip number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-79. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the hotel was closed. I was redirected to Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando without being offered a choice. Unfortunately, the alternative hotel was unsatisfactory - it was unclean, malodorous, and cramped. The following day, guests in the hallways were not wearing masks, smoking, and the smell infiltrated my room. Due to health concerns for my son and myself, both asthma sufferers, we had to relocate to another hotel on December 5th. I kindly request a refund for the night that I did not stay at the hotel. I made a car reservation through Priceline, but I never received a confirmation. I called Thrifty, and they manually looked up the reservation and provided me with the confirmation number J[redacted]1E7. However, they were unable to confirm this via email. When I tried to confirm the number with Priceline, they said it doesn't exist. The same happened when I contacted Thrifty. Despite this, my credit card has been charged. Please either send me a confirmation for a Thrifty car for the agreed-upon days and price or cancel the reservation and confirm this. Marjorie V.

I attempted to make a flight reservation for my daughter from MDT to DFW on December 3, [redacted] to January 3, [redacted] with American Airlines, but the booking was never finalized or confirmed. However, I have now noticed a charge of $[redacted].58 on my credit card. After speaking with a customer service agent, I was informed that the money would be refunded within a week. Despite this, I see that the flight has now been confirmed. Consequently, I now have two bookings under the same name for the same route and dates, which is not intended. I kindly request a prompt refund of the charged amount due to this duplicate booking situation.

We made a reservation through Priceline on November 13, [redacted]. Recently, we discovered a charge of $[redacted] for smoking in the room we stayed in. However, we did not smoke in the room during our stay. Our bank is withholding the funds for this charge. The hotel, where the charge originated, is not cooperating, and they claim no responsibility. We are extremely upset about this situation. This was our first experience booking through Priceline and we are hesitant to use your services again. We want to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am requesting a refund for my stay at the hotel. The room was unacceptable, with roaches and bedbugs present. Despite booking through Expeess Inn, I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Customer service was unhelpful, and the room had a foul odor of urine and vomit. There were no towels or toilet paper as advertised. My family and I did not deserve this experience and I urge others not to support this establishment. I kindly ask for a complimentary night and a full refund for the inconvenience.

I have a flight booked on Priceline for a trip to Lihue, Hawaii departing on Saturday, February 6th, and coming back on Saturday, February 28th. Upon researching the travel restrictions for entering Kauai, it seems that all passengers must quarantine for 14 days, which makes me hesitant to go. I am questioning if we can cancel our trip and receive a refund since I don't think airlines are operating to Kauai with such strict regulations in place. Thank you. - C. Stanford

I am wondering why your website does not indicate that some hotels/motels require a deposit. We booked a great rate through you, assuming everything was set, only to arrive at the hotel/motel and be asked for a $50-$[redacted] deposit. There should be clear information about these deposits and whether they are accepted in cash or only credit cards. This lack of transparency has left me and many others hesitant to use your site again.

I made a reservation for someone who was supposed to visit me, promising to repay me when they arrived. However, they never showed up, and I suspect I have been scammed. Due to severe sciatica, I am struggling to walk and cannot utilize the reservation. I received a story about a layover in Charlotte leading to a mandatory quarantine for the person I was expecting. I live in Myrtle Beach and cannot proceed with the reservation due to my health. Since I unknowingly lost more money in this situation, I kindly request a refund as a retired individual on social security.

I had to cancel a booking due to COVID-19, and I received a credit that needs to be used before December 31, [redacted]. I rented a car from Fox Rental Car through Priceline. Unfortunately, they couldn't process my debit card without a credit card for the security deposit. I canceled the reservation with a staff member at the Phoenix airport Fox kiosk and now I'm trying to get my refund of about $35 for the rental and $26 for the insurance. I need to add insurance to my car rental booked through Priceline under trip #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-44. I do not have my own vehicle insurance and tried using my company's insurance card without success when picking up the car. The rental company advised me to contact you to add daily insurance. I received a price quote of $63 including tax, but when I attempted to book the room, I was charged $78. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I was met with unhelpful and rude agents who didn't resolve the issue. This is not the first problem I've encountered with Priceline, and after experiencing numerous mistakes, I find this unacceptable. If this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will no longer use this app and will advise my friends who also travel frequently to do the same.

During the call, Chris got the relevant details and should have sent an email to [redacted] I'm checking to confirm if the email was indeed sent by Chris from Priceline on our behalf regarding the refund for Jacob Varize's card ending in *[redacted]. I recently started booking my business hotel reservations through Priceline and needed to change a date. Unfortunately, I was informed that I couldn't modify or cancel due to my reservation (Priceline Trip Number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-89). When I reached out to Hyatt for assistance, I was advised that Priceline had to handle the adjustment. As someone who spends around [redacted]+ nights in hotels annually, I was quite upset by the lack of transparency on my trips page. If this is the kind of service that Priceline offers, I will have to reconsider any future business dealings with the site.

I am having trouble getting assistance. I spoke to your supervisor and was told the information would be emailed immediately. Yesterday, all three of us were on the phone discussing my situation. We recently stayed at Motel 6 in Lake Oswego, where they usually take the credit card information beforehand, but Priceline booked it differently this time. We unintentionally ended up with an extra charge due to staying at another hotel to save money. We have proof of our stay and are kindly requesting a refund for the mistaken charge. After being hit by a drunk driver without insurance, I attempted to book a car rental through Priceline. Unfortunately, my card was charged before I could confirm the rental details, which incorrectly stated it was for pickup at the airport instead of Pelham, AL where I needed it. As I tried to cancel the reservation due to these issues, I faced unhelpful customer service both online and on the phone, being denied a refund after explaining my current financial difficulties from the accident. This experience with Priceline has been frustrating and disappointing, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.

I had issues with my hotel room yesterday. The first room had cockroaches and a stained comforter, so I was moved to a second room that smelled like smoke. After a third room change, everything was fine. The front desk asked me to report the issues the next day, so I did. The person I spoke to was rude, brushed off my concerns, and offered a 20% discount for my next stay. I felt unheard and unsure if I want to return. Can I get a refund for my current stay instead?
