I booked a room at a Super * in Austin, paid for in advance, when I arrived to check in I was told I must Give a $*** incidentals deposit, which I didn’t have. Then it was reduced to $** again. I didn’t have it on hand Priceline’s page mane only one mention of the fee and it was hidden amongst a run on paragraph starting with COVID ** procedures. I was told that I will not be getting a refund for my prepaid room. Priceline should have put that $*** deposit ( which the hotel say may take up to * days to show up on guests account) Front and center on the first page when booking. *The whole thing is illegal and shows no consideration to the guests
