Last night, my wife and I, long-time Priceline customers, embarked on a trip with itinerary number [redacted]-9. We received confirmation number [redacted] for Holiday Inn Express West Valley Utah. Arriving late and exhausted from a day of driving, we tried to check in with our 3 lb service dog, only to be informed we needed to pay an additional $15 for the dog and a $[redacted] deposit. Lacking the necessary funds, the original payment of $66 was refunded, leaving us stranded without a room. Sleeping in our car, we waited all night for Priceline to assist us, but no help came. We have relied on Priceline for our travel needs for a long time, and the lack of support and refund after being left without accommodation in the middle of the night is distressing, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The unhelpful attitude of the managers and the failure to receive a promised call from a care manager adds to our disappointment and frustration.

Last night, I booked two rooms at the Rodeway Inn in Indianapolis, Indiana for $44 each. Upon arrival, the front desk asked for a $[redacted] cash deposit per room, totaling $[redacted]. I decided not to proceed and was refunded. Later, I noticed charges on my cards from the hotel. Upon inquiring, I was advised to contact Priceline. I'm a frequent Priceline user and have never faced this issue. Can someone reach out to me promptly at [redacted]? I was in my room at Extended Stay of America when my phone redirected to a different hotel. Priceline doesn't understand the challenges internet navigation can bring. The other hotel agreed to cancel, but I couldn't reach a person at Priceline within 10 minutes of the accidental booking. I have a cancellation email from the hotel with confirmation number [redacted]2. Only Priceline can provide a refund. I've faced hardships and financial struggles, so I can't afford to waste time and money on companies with such poor service. I seek prompt attention to this matter. I booked a room with you on July 8th and requested a cancellation for which you provided a full refund. However, my bank still shows the refund as pending. I kindly ask for your help in speeding up the process so I can have the funds back on my card promptly. I requested a change of sheets at the Microtel in Newport News, VA, as they hadn't been changed since the 8th, and today is the 12th of July. When the supervisor came to my door, she accused me of soiling the sheets and began yelling and using offensive language towards me. She even made physical gestures as if she might harm me. Despite others being in the lobby, she insisted I go back to my room, threatening to evict me even though my stay was booked until the 15th. This encounter left me feeling violated and uneasy, especially since I was already dealing with a recent loss. I am deeply unsatisfied and disheartened by my experience and plan to share my negative review of this establishment with others. The entire incident felt unprofessional and discriminatory. I am considering seeking a refund for my stay.

Hi, I am writing to address an issue I've had with a recent car rental reservation. I booked a car through Enterprise via PL and pre-paid $[redacted] for insurance. However, upon attempting to pick up the car, Enterprise informed me that they canceled the reservation due to my lack of a credit card, as they do not accept debit cards. PL assured me they would resolve this with Enterprise, and after a follow-up, they mentioned that the refund would be processed shortly. I've confirmed with my bank that there are no pending transactions from PL. While I understand that the cancellation was out of PL's control, it is frustrating to have paid for a service I was unable to utilize. My issue has yet to be resolved. I paid for a hotel reservation through your service, but the virtual visa you provided did not have enough funds to cover the total cost by 58 cents. This resulted in the hotel being unable to process the payment after spending over 40 minutes on hold, only to have the call abruptly disconnected from your end. Despite numerous attempts to reconnect, I was stuck in a call back queue that never actually called back. Messages through this platform yielded no assistance, and attempts to contact via Facebook messenger went unanswered as well. As a result, I lost my hotel reservation and am requesting a refund for the service I paid for but did not receive.

We made a reservation through Priceline for two rooms for Saturday, July 18th, checking out on Sunday, the 19th. Unfortunately, one of the rooms was not acceptable due to a strong odor resembling a mix of fish and vomit. Despite notifying the front desk immediately, they simply sprayed deodorizer and sprinkled baking soda, which did not eliminate the unpleasant smell. Moreover, we had to vacate the hotel for the day due to a baseball tournament. The hotel offered a complimentary night in the future, but we would appreciate a refund for the substandard room to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you.

I'm Danyel Y. Berger. I had a reservation for 7/4/20-7/6/20. Unfortunately, my boyfriend fell ill, so I contacted Priceline Customer Service on 7/4/20 at 06:30 to request a refund per their policy. I've reached out to Priceline three times, but they claim they can't verify with The Wyndham Hotel, Phoenix, Arizona that we didn't stay there. Good afternoon, I encountered a significant issue with my recent stay at Red Roof Inn in Phoenix. Originally booked for 7 nights, I modified my reservation to 2 nights due to a room change request upon arrival. Despite explicitly requesting not to be placed above the third floor due to a knee problem, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. I arrived at the Hutton Hotel last Friday with my wife only to find out that the hotel was closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We booked our stay through your website and were disappointed by this unexpected turn of events. We are requesting a refund of $[redacted].34 for this trip, as we were unable to stay at the hotel. Despite paying for the room, upon arrival at 8:30 pm on the same day, I was asked for an unexpected $75 deposit. The website didn't mention this extra fee. I requested a call back, but when they called, there was no response. I paid nearly $77 and haven't received a resolution. I am frustrated and seeking a refund, as I didn't even stay at the hotel. I made a booking for a car reservation on 6/2/20 for trip number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-38. When I made the reservation, the Covid-19 situation in Texas was not severe. My pickup date was 7/23 in Dallas, which has now become a hotspot. Due to health concerns, I had to cancel. Despite the circumstances being beyond my control, your company was not accommodating, and I ended up losing my money. I feel this is unfair to customers. Unlike my experience with your company, my airline was understanding and allowed me to cancel my flight for future use without a refund. I was willing to reschedule my car reservation instead of asking for a refund, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible. In times like these, losing money is difficult for everyone. On June 21, [redacted], I made a reservation for the Hampton in Beaumont, CA, but mistakenly booked in Beaumont, Texas. I cannot find any details about this reservation apart from the $[redacted] charge on my bank statement. I initially selected hotels near me and thought I was selecting a great deal at the Hampton. However, after checking the addresses on mapquest, I realized it was thousands of miles away. Now, I am unable to locate any booking information to request a refund. I am hopeful you can assist me in obtaining a refund as I have no intention of using the room due to the error in the location.

On July 18th, I made a hotel room booking. When I arrived, they didn't have the double beds available as requested. They offered a rollaway bed, which wouldn't accommodate my three kids. The receptionist mentioned another hotel, Extended Stay in South Natomas, had double beds and a rollaway available. They required a $50 deposit that would be refunded later. Brandon at the hotel advised me to contact Priceline for a refund. I called and was assured by a Priceline representative that the money would be refunded the next day. Unfortunately, the refund hasn't reached my bank card yet. I've never faced such an issue with Priceline before. I am eager to receive my refund promptly.

I booked a 2-day stay at the Quality Inn in Morgantown, WV through Priceline for Friday, July 24th and Saturday, July 25th. Since this was a government travel booking, I required a receipt for reimbursement. I utilized Choice Hotels services and obtained a receipt showing a $0.00 balance due, referencing Priceline. However, I need a receipt reflecting the actual amount charged to my card for submission, as the payment has already been processed. The account number on the receipt received is [redacted]82.

I made a reservation through your company to stay at a hotel in Escondido, California at the Quality Inn Suites on July 30, [redacted]. I am disappointed with the customer service provided. Yesterday, I made a car rental reservation online for yesterday and today, planning to return the car by noon on August 3. I was charged the total amount on my debit card. Upon arriving at the Birmingham Airport and standing in line for 45 minutes at the Avis counter, I was informed that I needed a major credit card, which I don't usually carry because I prefer to use debit cards. I was unable to rent the car and had to cancel my casino trip. I have been trying to get a refund for over a day now. Kindly refund the money to my card promptly.
