You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-lijbew's own words
Hi,**This is my third time contacting you about a car rental charge. I reserved a car with Enterprise through PL and paid up front for the insurance ($***). However, when going to rent the car, Enterprise said they cancelled the reservation because I didn't have a credit card and they wouldn't take debit. I then contacted PL and you said it would be taken care of once you got in touch with Enterprise...I got in touch a second time and PL said the money would be refunded in a few days. I checked with my bank to make sure it was not something on their end and they said there are no pending transactions from PL. I recognize this is not PL's fault that Enterprise cancelled, but it is unfair to pay for a service I did not use.**First attempt on June ** - Case ID number: **********Second attempt on July * - said it was * business to process refund (I checked with bank and they are yet to receive anything)**Thanks and Stay Safe,*Jill Webb
