I recently made a reservation for a room at the Sheraton Hotel West in Minneapolis for a work conference. I was surprised to find out that the reservation was made through Priceline when I tried to cancel it. The confirmation email I received only mentioned Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel, not Priceline. Since the room was for company purposes and not a personal booking, I would like a refund as I was unaware of booking through Priceline. I plan to dispute the charges on my credit card if necessary. I have been unable to reach anyone at Priceline to discuss this matter. My itinerary number is R[redacted], which was provided in the confirmation email.

I mistakenly reserved a room at the wrong location. I contacted Priceline immediately, within two minutes, to explain the error. I called the hotel at Extended Stay La Mirada instead of Long Beach. Julie, the hotel manager at Extended Stay La Mirada, informed me that if Priceline informs them, they will cancel the charge and are willing to waive part of the fees. I've been dealing with Priceline and Booking.com for two days, as they keep passing me back and forth. Last night, after a lengthy wait, I got disconnected from Booking.com while they were in the process of crediting my account after two hours on the line. The trip confirmation number is [redacted]06 under Priceline trip [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-86, booked on December 5, [redacted]. I stayed at Extended Stay La Mirada from Dec 6-8 and accidentally made a booking that I immediately cancelled through Priceline. The hotel manager, Julie, confirmed she approved my refund and believes it's unfair to charge me for this mistake. She kindly offered to release the funds. I used Apple Pay for payment, and my bank attempted to refund the charges but was unsuccessful. I urgently need my money back. Please assist with returning the funds. Hello, I would like to report an issue with my recent booking at hotel OYO CMN Stay Hoskote in Bangalore. My booking reference number is RMJG1472. I reserved 2 rooms for the night of the 25th to the 26th about a month in advance and made the payment online. Upon arriving at the hotel yesterday, I was informed by the reception staff that even though they received the booking, they did not accept it due to the online payment. Despite speaking with the hotel owner, my booking was still rejected. I ended up having to book two rooms at double the price due to the urgency of my need for accommodation. I kindly request that you address this matter with the hotel and consider blacklisting them from your bookings. Furthermore, please cancel my original booking and refund me the difference in price totaling Rs [redacted] to my account. I reserved a car through Priceline for Fox Rent A Car at JFK Airport. Priceline charged my credit card $[redacted] for extra coverage. However, upon arrival, I was shuttled to a location outside the airport that seemed rundown to rent from Fox Rent A Car. The rental counter asked for a roundtrip airline ticket, which I didn't have, and then insisted on removing the unlimited mileage due to this. As the company was not at the airport and due to these issues, I opted to cancel my reservation. I would like a refund of $[redacted] for the insurance I didn't use since I did not end up renting the car.

I made a car reservation through Priceline with Budget to travel from DFW to San Antonio, TX to visit family. Due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak, I urgently need to cancel my car rental. I would like to cancel my reservations for June 22-23 at the Ramada by Wyndham in Salt Lake City Airport for 2 rooms. I do not have a PIN number but I do have the confirmation numbers. I did not receive an email confirmation. I have a complaint about the staff person who took my reservations as she asked for the 3-digit number on the back of my card, which I provided. Due to my daughter's health concerns, we have decided to cancel our vacation because of the coronavirus. I managed to cancel the hotel and rental car without any issues and should be receiving a refund. However, canceling the flight has been a challenge. Despite being within 10 days of the flight, I keep getting transferred between departments, experiencing long wait times, and being hung up on. The flight was booked through Priceline, but it is operated by Spirit Airlines. Spirit Airlines only offered a one-time change due to the pandemic, and I have been unsuccessful in reaching them for a refund. I am considering contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge if I cannot escalate the issue to a higher department without being disconnected.

Good Afternoon, I understand the heavy flow of communication due to the current crisis. As a medical practitioner, I frequently use PriceLine services. Recently, I booked flights online and a hotel through a representative for a medical conference in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have insurance for most of my reservations, but it didn't show for the hotel booking. The conference was canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. I tried to contact PriceLine multiple times to discuss the lack of insurance on my hotel booking, but couldn't get through. The General Manager of the hotel, Andy Hussein, assured me of refunds for cancellations. American Airlines only provided a credit for my flight despite having insurance. I have two flight reservations under #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-22. My initial plan was to travel from PSC to Las Vegas on 3/22 and return on 3/30 from LAX to PSC to watch my son's college games. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, spectators are not allowed at the games, and it's likely they will be canceled. Instead of canceling our trip, I would like to modify it as follows: keep the departure the same (3/22 PSC to Las Vegas) but change the return from 3/30 to 3/27 from Las Vegas to PSC. I have trip protection for unforeseen changes. Could you help me with this adjustment? I also noticed that flight rates have decreased. Will there be a reduction in fare for my booking?
