I purchased probiotic supplements on 29/12 but later found out that Chemist's Warehouse has them at a lower price. I decided to return them at Carindale Priceline on the 2nd floor. However, when I approached the staff member (Anna) for a refund, she informed me that it was not possible due to storage reasons. After she checked with someone else, they confirmed that I could indeed return the item. Anna suggested I try another Priceline store downstairs. Her tone was unpleasant and made the situation more frustrating. I was in the middle of other purchases when she asked me if I still wanted the refund, making the experience quite embarrassing and uncomfortable. I was taken aback by the lack of customer service displayed in this situation.

I made a reservation at Knights Inn in Moosup, CT for my disabled brother, Mike C., for a 2-night stay. When he arrived, they claimed there was no reservation under his name. After 4 hours, I managed to confirm the reservation. I lodged a complaint on HissingKitty but received no response. The confirmation number is [redacted]34. I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience and time wasted. Both the hotel and Priceline are passing the blame back and forth.

I am having an issue with a recent payment for my stay at Wyndham Day Inn Flagstaff booked through Priceline. Upon checking out, the hotel charged me again, claiming I shouldn't have paid the full amount via Priceline prior to my stay. Despite providing the confirmation email, they insist I contact Priceline to resolve the matter since they consider Priceline a third party.

I recently made a booking through a Priceline vendor named Richard, who failed to mention that he worked for Priceline. He reserved a hotel for me on the Boston Marathon route, making it challenging for me to access due to the event. I originally wanted to stay in Boston Downtown but Richard assured me this location was better. This mix-up occurred because I am unfamiliar with Boston. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone regarding this reservation, and I am extremely frustrated. Additionally, after receiving the reservation via email, I noticed over $[redacted] in fees that were not disclosed by Richard during the booking process. This lack of transparency is disappointing, as I usually prefer to book directly with Marriott. I urgently need assistance, please contact me at [redacted].

I signed up for Priceline but hesitated booking a non-refundable car rental due to negative reviews regarding payment cancellations. Attempting to contact Priceline proved challenging as all phone options lead to existing reservations only. The lack of a direct line to speak with a representative has left me uneasy about using Priceline. Additionally, I am concerned about potential hidden fees at the rental car counter that may not be disclosed during booking as often seen with third-party companies. The inability to reach a real person for assistance intensifies my apprehension about using a third-party service. I prefer direct communication to address my concerns and ensure a smooth booking process without unexpected expenses. Thank you for understanding my reservations. Best regards, Jim B.

I booked a rental car online in Traverse City, MI for 2 days, charged $85.95 on my debit card. The agreement stated I could use a debit card for the security deposit, but at the counter, only a major credit card was accepted. I couldn't rent the car and had to get one from another agency. I need a refund to my debit card for the full amount paid. Name: A. I attempted to book flights on January 6, [redacted], only to discover they were no longer available. The funds for the purchase are currently with Affirm.com. Despite repeated phone calls to resolve this issue, Affirm informed me that I require an email from Priceline confirming the absence of any pending bookings. Priceline, however, stated they are unable to provide such an email. One representative mentioned sending the email but failed to do so. During some of my calls with Priceline, their representatives contacted Affirm without success. Today, a supervisor explained he couldn't call Affirm as he lacked the necessary contact information. My main request is for assistance in having the funds released. All that is needed is an email from Priceline stating there are no pending reservations. I sincerely appreciate any help provided.

Subject: Cancellation Inquiry for Priceline Flight WHBW5B Dear Customer Service, I am writing to request information regarding the cancellation of my flight from Manila to Munich on 26.02.[redacted] under the booking number WHBW5B for 2 adults. Given the ongoing special circumstances in the Philippines, specifically the recent volcanic eruption and flight disruptions, my travel plans have been affected. The first leg of my journey from Manila to Singapore is confirmed, but the subsequent flight to Munich is still pending. Due to the uncertainties in Manila, I am concerned about being stranded in the city. As a result, I would like to explore the option of canceling these flights. Although I did not purchase trip protection, I believe the situation is beyond my control and warrants some consideration for flexibility in terms of cancellation and potential refunds. I am wondering about the refund eligibility and any associated cancellation fees. Furthermore, I have attempted to reach out via phone but encountered difficulties. Is there a toll-free number available to speak directly with a customer service agent? I appreciate your prompt assistance in this matter. Sincerely, Hannes

I made a flight reservation from Cebu, Philippines to Seattle, Washington. I provided my credit card details, however, I did not receive a booking number, flight itinerary, or any flight details. Priceline is requesting a booking number to assist me, but they do not recognize my phone number. Talking to a customer service agent would easily solve this issue, but I have been unable to reach one. They have charged me for the flight but I have not received any confirmation. I need my flight itinerary and booking number to contact the airport and confirm my flight details.

My name is Matthew F. I recently purchased tickets through Priceline for the TAP Air Portugal flight from JFK to Lisbon to Rome, and then to Cairo on January 5th, [redacted]. Despite paying for the tickets, I never received a confirmation email. Upon reaching the airport, I discovered that the tickets were not purchased. I had to buy a new ticket for 745USD on Ethiopian Airlines to return to Cairo for work. I believe Priceline should refund the cost of the TAP Air flight due to their mistake. My family and I have been loyal customers of Priceline for years, and we have never encountered such an issue before.

I am struggling to correct an erroneous reservation made on January 19 for January 27-29 at Crowne Plaza in Perth, WA. My Booking Reference is [redacted]9 with Confirmation R[redacted] via either getaroom.com or Priceline. Despite being assured of valet parking and breakfast during booking, I recently discovered that these were not included. I have contacted the hotel without success and received only automated responses to my escalated queries [redacted] and [redacted]. I am finding it challenging to get a satisfactory resolution. Although the hotel indicated the booking could be changed, it seems to hit a dead-end. I am reaching out for assistance to resolve this issue and facilitate communication between myself and the hotel. Your help in sorting this out promptly would be greatly appreciated.

This hotel experience was quite disappointing. The initial room given was a smoking room, contrary to our non-smoking reservation, and it was in poor condition with hidden holes and an improperly hung smoke alarm. Upon requesting a non-smoking room, I encountered resistance and was eventually relocated. However, the replacement room had issues too, like a faulty window and late-night loud maintenance. The hotel staff's response to my concerns was dismissive. Added to this, the pool seemed out of order, and the general atmosphere was chaotic with the clerk's children present. The breakfast selection mainly consisted of packaged items. Despite these negatives, the clean bed was a saving grace amidst the hotel's shortcomings.

I have [redacted],[redacted] Hilton Honors reward points that I would like to use for a round trip to SNA, California. I will need airfare with wheelchair assistance at all points, a hotel in San Clemente/Dana Point, California with a handicapped accessible room, and if available, a car rental. I am flexible with departure airports and would prefer business class for a trip around 04-05 February with a return on 11 February for my granddaughter's wedding on 08 February. I believe this trip is possible using rewards. Please provide guidance on how to proceed.

Regarding the Priceline trip number [redacted] for Liana W., there has been an issue with obtaining a refund for a canceled reservation at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon. Despite being assured by both the hotel and Priceline of a full refund, it has not yet been received after a week. Multiple attempts to resolve this with Priceline have been unsuccessful, and even contacting Hilton Corporate has not remedied the situation. The lack of refund is causing frustration, and if necessary, further action may be taken. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I need to cancel my car rental with Routes car rental without being charged. Priceline wrongly states that Routes is at Atlanta's airport. They are not there. After taking the shuttle to the airport rental car center, I found out Routes was off-site. Another rental company directed me to call Routes for a second shuttle to their location. There were no signs at the airport. I couldn't locate information in my email. Routes being advertised as airport-based is incorrect. I don't have time for two shuttles for work. I made a new reservation with Budget to keep my client meeting on schedule.

My wife and I purchased tickets to travel to San Diego, California for my mother's funeral on January 31st at 6:00 am. However, upon check-in, I realized that both our names were incorrect on the tickets. United Airlines directed me to contact Priceline for the name change. The customer service representative at Priceline was unhelpful and insisted the mistake was mine. Despite my certainty of our names, she argued and eventually stated Priceline was unable to make any changes. After being on calls with United Airlines and Priceline for a total of 3.5 hours, the issue remained unresolved. This lack of assistance was particularly distressing as it caused us to miss my mother's funeral. We are extremely disappointed with Priceline's handling of the situation and will not be using their services in the future.

I am having difficulty reaching your customer service due to weak connectivity. I need to cancel my upcoming trip to the U.S. because of my serious flu and the current global restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic. My son plans to visit me in Korea instead. Please assist me in cancelling the tickets for Bu-Hyun Nam and my daughter, Jimin Lee with Itinerary # [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-86. The contact information provided on the website, including the phone number and email address, seems to be incorrect. I have been unable to reach anyone via phone in Korea as well. I recently spoke with Josh, one of your agents, regarding a hotel reservation refund that needs to be processed. The hotel manager, Casey Mathison, is willing to return the funds to Priceline, but requires direct communication. Unfortunately, I am encountering difficulties navigating the automated phone system to reach the right department. I would greatly appreciate a call either directly to me at [redacted] or to the hotel manager at [redacted] to facilitate the refund process. Alternatively, if email communication is an option, please let me know. I am grateful for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you. I made a reservation for Feb. 7th-Feb.9th at a hotel that advertised a pool and hot tub in the amenities, however, upon arrival, there was no hot tub and the pool was not what I expected. We are traveling a long distance for a funeral and were hoping for these facilities to relax during this difficult time. I tried to contact the hotel about the issue but encountered a problem with the payment. I spoke to Eric from the hotel who mentioned canceling through Priceline.
