I was charged twice for my hotel booking. Initially, I paid the hotel directly because the booking did not go through with Priceline. Even after speaking to a Priceline representative who assured me of a refund for the duplicate charge, I have not received it. The hotel charged me for two nights, but Priceline also charged me for one night despite only staying two nights. I require the refund from Priceline as promised. It has been almost two weeks since I was told this would be resolved, but it hasn't. The representative I spoke to seemed inexperienced and did not handle the situation correctly. I had to pay out of pocket, expecting Priceline to refund me, but they did not cancel the charge. I paid $[redacted] for the two nights we stayed, yet Priceline charged me for an extra night erroneously. I need Priceline to refund me for the overcharge promptly.

I was returning home from Disneyland in LA with my family. Around midnight on the 11th, we needed a place to rest and decided to stay at the Windham Microtel inn after stopping for gas. We booked a room through Priceline, as it came up on Google. Upon arrival, the clerk informed us our reservation was actually for the 29th, not the 11th. He advised us to book directly with the hotel to override the Priceline booking to prevent double charges. The next day, I discovered I was indeed charged twice. Once by the hotel for our stay and once by Priceline for the future reservation on the 29th, a date that we did not intend to book for.

My husband had a flight scheduled for a funeral today. Unfortunately, when he arrived at the airport, there was no record of the flight. The flight he was looking for, ATL to LAX at 10 am, does not exist. We also had a car reservation through Priceline. Here are the details: - Derrick Marshall - Flight Confirmation: United L1TQZ0 - Fox Car Rental - Itinerary # [redacted]-44-[redacted]-91 - NPRL832AAC The flight was supposed to depart at 10 am from Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta and land in Los Angeles at 5:42 pm. I am disappointed that my booking only reflects one adult when it should have two. Additionally, I am confused as to why I am being charged $10 per day for my dog when he does not use any amenities like towels or showers and has his own supplies. I believe a substitution should be made, and I request Priceline to contact the motel to arrange this. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to cancel all my reservations and discontinue using your services.

I enlisted in the army on September 21st and am scheduled to take a Christmas leave in 7 days. Unfortunately, my parents accidentally purchased my flight from the wrong airport. As a soldier stationed at Fort Rucker, I am only authorized to depart from Panama City, Florida, but the flight was booked from Montgomery, Alabama. I urgently need to correct or cancel this flight, as buying another ticket will strain my limited finances. I have been unable to reach a human representative, which is frustrating given the time sensitivity of this matter. I would prefer a refund so I can purchase a new ticket with my personal debit card. It is crucial to fix this issue promptly as I need to provide my itinerary to my sergeants by tonight.

Priceline Trip #: [redacted]0 Hello Priceline, I was mistakenly charged double the amount, approximately $[redacted], for a one-way ticket for my daughter with a departure date of November 22 this year. After speaking with one of your representatives a few weeks ago, she mentioned that a refund would be processed. I have received a partial refund of $[redacted] shortly after, however, the remaining $[redacted] refund is still pending. According to the representative, the total charge was split between two airlines, and only one airline has issued the refund so far. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I reserved a car rental via Priceline.com for April 16, [redacted] at Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas with Dollar Rent a Car. My booking reference number is [redacted]11. Unfortunately, I entered the wrong email address, [redacted], instead of the correct one, [redacted], so the details were not received. I am hoping for assistance in correcting this issue. I recently booked a hotel through trip.com. After encountering issues with a third-party Chinese company handling the payment, I am now seeking a refund. The hotel, identified as being booked through Agoda/Priceline, is willing to assist in the process. I need to contact the original money transferer, which appears to be your company. Good afternoon, I would like to share that I booked a trip to the Mayfair at Coconut Grove through your services. The trip number associated with this booking is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-40. Upon contacting the Mayfair hotel regarding my reservation, they informed me that they could not locate it. I am in need of a direct phone number to speak with a representative rather than dealing with an automated system. As this trip is meant to celebrate my birthday, I wish to avoid any disappointment upon arrival by being informed that my reservation is not on file after I have already made payment. Thank you.

I booked a reservation at Vendue in Charleston for December 22, but I have not received a confirmation email or a trip number. I tried contacting Priceline but only got a recording, and without a trip number, I couldn't proceed. I called Vendue Hotel to cancel my reservation there. I made a reservation for 5 rooms in Key West for mid-November [redacted] and received a confirmation number. Recently, I received an email from the Price Line relocation team informing me that I cannot stay at this hotel and that they would find an alternative for me. I have been in contact with them for over 7 hours since I received this email. Every time I speak to them, they mention that they will find a new hotel and send a confirmation within 30 minutes, but I have not received any emails. Today, after calling them again, they assured me that they are working on finding another hotel and will send me an email within 30 minutes. Despite sending 5 emails to them, I have not received any response, and this has been quite frustrating for me and my group.

It is with regret that I write this email. My husband and I planned to surprise our daughters with a trip to New York City. We booked through Priceline for January 3rd - January 6th, [redacted]. The cost was $[redacted] plus $[redacted] for trip protection fees. After booking, we were told the flight was unavailable, causing issues with our payment. Despite attempts to resolve this with Priceline, we were unable to get a refund. We are distressed as we cannot afford to rebook the trip. I requested a reservation for 4 people at Downtown Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV for a room with 2 queen beds. The attendant confirmed these details, and I was quoted $[redacted] for the room. However, upon receiving the itinerary, I noticed it was reserved for only 2 guests. I have been attempting to contact someone regarding this issue all day, but whenever I call Price line, the call redirects to Booking.com. Booking.com mentioned that the reservation was made online, even though I called to make it. They are now requesting an additional $40 for the extra 2 guests. The situation has been very confusing and frustrating for me.

I am an employee at Homewood Suites in Worcester, MA. A guest who booked through Travelweb had their virtual credit card declined. I have attempted to contact customer support multiple times without success. The automated phone system cannot locate the reservation using the provided information and keeps looping a recorded message instead of connecting me to a helpful person.

Hello, my name is Patricia T. Rayford. It has been five days since you were supposed to return the $[redacted].00 to my Mastercard. Please return my money promptly as this delay is interfering with my ability to book an affordable flight. During our last conversation, I mentioned that it had not been 24 hours and I should receive a full refund. I am puzzled as to why my Mastercard was charged within this time frame. I have experienced instances where money was taken from me unlawfully in the past, but I will make sure to recover it. Please refund the full amount to my card today so I can proceed with booking my flight. I don't feel the need to justify my request any further. I want to lodge a formal complaint against a chemist named Liam at your Willow Townsville store. He has been extremely rude and condescending, causing me to stop shopping at Priceline completely. If one customer has been lost due to his behavior, I am certain I am not the only one. I have noticed him working at Discount Chemists as well, so I will also be filing a complaint with them. It's important that he faces consequences for the way he treats customers.

I made a reservation for 3 rooms using my credit card. Today, due to my son falling ill with the flu, I had to cancel 1 room. The hotel confirmed waiving the charge. However, I was surprised to see on my American Express bill that I was charged for all 3 rooms. I am requesting documentation indicating that $98.96 will be refunded to my credit card. I have a car rental reservation for pick up on 12/24/19 at 11:45 PM. The hotel I'm staying in requires check-in by 1:00 AM, or I have to wait until they run the audit at 3:00 AM. I'm worried that if my flight is delayed, we won't make the required check-in time. I want to change my car rental reservation to 12/25/19 at 10:00 AM for pickup. I've tried contacting customer service online and by phone for 2 days but haven't been able to reach anyone. It's frustrating. Please have a customer service representative call me. The automated service says neither my travel # nor the phone # I am using is associated with any reservation.

As a front desk agent at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Jacksonville, Florida, I wanted to reach out about a guest issue. I reached out about Champion Resort to inquire about non-pet-friendly rooms. I was advised to contact the hotel directly, so I did. The hotel mentioned they usually have pets on specific floors but it's not guaranteed, as it is a pet-friendly hotel where pets can be on any floor. After explaining my guests have pet allergies, I contacted Priceline again but struggled to get assistance after speaking with three different representatives. The last person, Andrea, abruptly ended the call after stating it was her solution. As calls are recorded, I expressed my wish to speak with someone else before she disconnected. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am requesting a refund.
