Dear PriceLine, I am writing to express my concerns about a car rental I booked through your platform for a recent vacation in Orlando from 11/27 to 12/1. The rental company, Green Motion, has strict policies prohibiting any modifications to the rental agreement without charging excessive fees. They are difficult to reach by phone and fail to respond to emails promptly. Due to a schedule conflict with my flight arrival time, I am worried that I may not be able to pick up the car as planned, as Green Motion has rigid pickup requirements. After reading recent negative reviews about Green Motion online, I have serious doubts about their reliability. I cannot jeopardize my trip by risking an unreliable car rental service. Therefore, I have no choice but to seek alternate options for my transportation needs. I urge you to reconsider the non-refundable status of my booking. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential for PriceLine to safeguard customers from dealing with businesses that engage in questionable practices unbeknownst to the consumers until it is too late. To whom it may concern, I recently made a hotel reservation through Express Deal, and I have generally been satisfied with the motels I've received in the past. However, upon reading reviews for the specific hotel I booked this time, I have concerns. The hotel's rating on your site is listed as 3.5 stars, but recent reviews give it less than a 2-star rating. Additionally, the hotel is not affiliated with the brand names mentioned on your site. I am hesitant to stay at a motel that seems to be misrepresented as a higher quality establishment. I have been receiving emails with deals, but there is no option to enter promotion codes. The communication channels, like chat and phone, are not functional. Corporate just redirects to the same non-working system. The website advertises a 99% Black Friday discount, but despite being signed up, it asks to become an insider, then promises an email on December 2nd after signing up. This seems deceptive. I haven't received the deals during my initial rental period. I am seeking the discounts to be applied and the excess amount refunded to my account. I suspect I was also overcharged in my initial rentals. Please provide a detailed statement of charges from your company and Budget, along with a valid contact number. Thank you.

I visited the Priceline website to book a flight and opted for the $77 basic economy option, which did not include seat selection. After clicking on the upgrade option for an additional $35, I paid a total of $[redacted] for the ticket. During the seat selection process, I chose seat 26c for both legs of the flight, but upon arrival, my wife was assigned different seats, including one on the back row. When contacting Priceline about this discrepancy, they denied offering seat selection or upgrades, despite the options displayed on their website. They explained the $[redacted] price as the standard ticket cost without upgrades and refused to refund the $35 upgrade fee. I am requesting a refund for the $35 upgrade charge.

I have been trying to book a flight at the advertised price since last Friday, but every time I try, the price increases drastically after the spinning ends. This repeated issue is frustrating, and I have attempted to reach out to customer service but only end up in a loop on the phone. As a loyal customer of Priceline, I kindly request to be offered the tickets at the originally listed price to resolve this matter. I made a reservation for November 30, expecting the hotel's pool to be available as advertised. When I found out the pool was empty, Priceline canceled my booking. They then tried to book me at a La Quinta, offering a deal that my credit card wouldn't go through for. Priceline mentioned the deal was no longer valid, so I declined and decided to find my own accommodation. Despite this, I later discovered two charges of $81 each from La Quinta on my credit card. I never stayed at La Quinta or authorized these charges.

I recently made a reservation at Heritage Inn in San Diego but was unable to secure it due to my stolen driver's license. I am seeking guidance on the steps needed to obtain a refund. I recently booked a flight and received the wrong date on my reservation. I tried to contact them but was unable to make any changes. After calling 1-[redacted], I was able to speak to a representative who assisted me in canceling the flight and correcting the issue. However, I was charged an additional $60, and the representative seemed unsure of the process. I feel frustrated as I would have considered other airlines if I knew about the extra charge. I made a reservation through getaroom.com for a one-night stay at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in Washington DC on December 4-5, [redacted], with confirmation number R[redacted]. The hotel informed us that our booking was actually made via Priceline and advised us to contact Getaroom. We specifically need assistance in reversing the tax charges due to our organization's tax-exempt status. We possess a tax-exempt form ready for submission. Unfortunately, Getaroom's customer service was unhelpful, unresponsive, and uncooperative. I booked a car rental via Priceline at Thrifty at Charleston Airport. My Priceline Trip Number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-20. My experience with customer service was terrible. I had to wait 45 minutes for my car, and the representative disappeared for 30 minutes trying to find a vehicle. When I finally got the car, it needed cleaning and was covered in scratches. It was an overall miserable experience. I would like some form of credit to be applied to my account due to the poor service.

Hello Price Line Team, I am disappointed by the lack of human interaction and frustrated with the automated systems. I was charged for a ticket without completing my booking. Despite spending hours trying to access my account, I couldn't find it and don't know where my money went. Even after speaking with two representatives, I still can't log in, access my flight details, or make any adjustments. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

I made a hotel reservation on your website without knowing I couldn't check in at that time. I was told I had to check in later. As a single mother in the middle of moving, I was exhausted and just wanted a refund when I couldn't sleep. However, I'm having trouble getting my money back now and no longer have a reservation. I feel it's unfair that your company has my money, and the representatives I talked to have given me conflicting information about my refund. One rep said I would get a refund, but another said I couldn't because the reservation was canceled. I wasn't informed of any of this, and I just want my money returned.

After researching Thrifty's recent reviews, I was alarmed by reports of questionable practices like holding onto credit card funds, unexpected charges for petrol, and adding fees without consent. Given my strict budget limitations, I cannot risk having funds tied up or being overcharged. With my booking scheduled for Jan. 17 (12:30 am) through Jan. 19 (9:30 pm), I kindly request assistance in arranging an alternative rental agency through Priceline. I have had positive experiences using Priceline for hotel reservations in the past and hope for a similar outcome this time. The Thrifty reference number is J[redacted]. I am having trouble locating the "name your price" feature on your site for the flight I wish to reserve. The trip is from Tulsa, OK to Charlotte, NC departing on 1/14 around noon, with a return trip from Charlotte, NC on 1/28 in the evening back to Tulsa. I am open to different dates. I reached the final step of booking my flight when a message appeared, indicating an issue with my seat selection. I am unable to go back to the seat selection page to make corrections. The website keeps prompting me to review my information, which I have done several times, only to receive messages stating I already have a reservation. Consequently, I am unable to confirm my ticket purchase for the Delta flight on 12/13 with a departure from Madison, WI at 3:38 pm and arrival in Fairbanks, AK at 11:54 pm. Upon application, they cut the front picture page and advised me to await the new passport before traveling. I am wondering if it's possible to change my ticket for a week later. I called the motel on the 30th to make a reservation for three days. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my service animal was not allowed, which led to inconvenience. I am encountering difficulties with your representative. He is being uncooperative with me. I requested to speak with a Manager and have been on hold for 35 minutes, waiting for a Supervisor. Your representative is insisting on a $[redacted] per person change fee for an issue that is not my fault. Despite explaining that the connecting time of 36 minutes (actually less due to the connecting flight closing its doors 15 minutes before takeoff) is unrealistic, they are unyielding. I was under the impression that we would remain on the plane and only pick up passengers at SFO, but United Airlines clarified that we must deplane. United Airlines informed me that 36 minutes is insufficient time and they could only remedy this with an "Exception" if Priceline, as the holder of the reservation, would allow. I recently booked a flight for Dec 28, but I made an error with the departure time. I contacted a representative immediately after booking, hopeful that the change could be made since it's within an hour.
