My name is Richard M. Crockett. I have a First Class flight to Mobile scheduled for November **, ****. I want to cancel the flight. I called the automated number and he indicated that I could cancel the flight with out penalty as long as I cancel before **:** p.m.ESTand as long as I have not checked in or used any portion of the ticket. I meet all of this criteria, however he indicated that I would have $* credited back to my credit card account. I expect that with out penalty means a full refund for the ticket price of $***. My travel number is **********. I should receive a full refund if my card has been charged. The only reason why I should not receive a refund is if my card wasn't charged when i made the reservation and received a confirmation. I would like to cancel the flight and receive a full refund.
