You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-az_lifeg's own words
On **-**-** I booked a room on Priceline for a trip in Cali from July **- July **. The room that I could afford was too small for our family and I couldn't spend an additional $*** to get a room big enough. After talking this through I got online and starting chatting with someone to have this reservation cancelled. I chatted within ** minutes of making this reservation and it was still showing as processing on my credit card. The online guy told me I was out of luck. I then called customer service. The first guy told me I was out of luck. I then spoke to a "senior agent" who told me I could cancel my room with a cancellation fee of $****. That is not a cancellation fee that is basically taking the money I would have paid to stay at the hotel and keeping it and giving me nothing in return. His response was "yes you are right." He told me this more than once. So now I am stuck with a room that is too small for my entire family to stay at. In a day and age where you have over ** online travel websites to use I would expect better customer service than too bad so sorry. In the past I have also booked a hotel with hotels.com that was non-refundable. But since something came up and I needed to cancel my hotel, the customer service agent at Hotels.com went ABOVE and beyond. She contacted the hotel for me and asked them if I could cancel without penalty. The hotel said YES and I was able to cancel without a fee. I wasn't even offered this through Priceline.com. This is the first time using priceline and with the customer service that I received I will NEVER use it again. Michelle Mattlin
