Hello,*I made a non refundable and non exchangable reservation with you for a Best Western in California for the *th and **th of June. I know it is of course not part of the deal, but I am in extremely difficult financial circumstances right now, and am living on Welfare, and the only reason I am making this trip* is to see a surgeon for a complex spine disorder,and it happened that I needed to see a different surgeon elsewhere first, and was not informed till well after I made the reservation for LA.I will not be able to pay for a hotel to see him without this money, and it will be a catastrophe, as I have been waiting for * years. Please,I am only ** and am just trying to get better. The money I payed for this hotel is a fortune for me. I would use this money to book a hotel in the right area and would book through you.I would be more than grateful if you would consider refunding me for this purpose given my extremely difficult circumstances and this unfortunate turn of events.*Sincerely***Monica Barnes
