On **** I flew from Tampa to Detroit (ticket * ***-***-***-**) because my Mom was hospitalized in critical condition. Because it was far worse than I was prepared for, I had to cancel my return flight and purchase a one way flight back to Tampa a few days later to get my car and drive back to Detroit. I was charged extra fees for the cancellation, and had a credit for that return flight I never used. Over the next few weeks my Mom slowly passed away, and I forgot all about my airline issue. I still have the letter from the doctor recommending I cancel my flight, and I had hoped to work out some form of compensation toward the few hundred dollars it cost me. I’m curious if there is anything Priceline is willing to offer me, altho I know it’s been over a year and I assume every option for me has expired. I’d still like to ask, as I will need a flight from CA to HI later this year, and I’d like to use priceline as you have proved to be a better service than anyone else I have used. **Thank you for your time and consideration. If there is anything we can do re: the flight I never used, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks again, sincerely, jon roberts
You’ve asked me a dozen times if it was resolved. I’ve clicked “NO” every time several times, and nothing changes except you ask me yet again, “Is it resolved.”
I want a credit toward future travel for the flight I didn’t use.
I still use priceline even tho you screwed me.
Calling, emailing, chat support, threats, begging. Nothing works.
