You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-yamipate's own words
I didn’t reserve any seat still you charge me $**.** for * times. I was trying to reserve a seat but system was down and than when I finished all step you said check credit card i check and put right information * times .So **.** charged from my credit card without any reason than in last it show that this seat is not available any long. Than if seat is not available why they are charged me * times?? I need my money back I do hard work for money as a student. plz
GetHuman-yamipate did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
