Check-in to a long-confirmed flight ... I am unable to check in for my international flight tomorrow. The airline (United) said it was because my 'travel agency' (Priceline) had done something to (the word they used is "touched") my return flight. Your automated system seems to have correct information for all flights. I don't know what to do. Itinerary* ***-***-***-**. (United Confirmation * FB**GH.)** **this was written the night before my departing flight. **
The return flight I was booked (via Priceline) had been changed. Priceline never notified me. I found an issue when I tried to check in ** hours before my departing international flight. Priceline customer service “chat” blamed United for changing the flight, (not true...it was Brussels Airline return flight). Next, I was on hold for more than an hour waiting for Priceline phone support. Once connected, I was told the return flight I was booked on was no longer in their system and they eventually offered to rebook me on a much different and inconvenient flight. Because it was close to my departure, the problem was resolved by United Airlines, at their expense I think, even though it was Priceline's error. *Note: *Priceline email notices to me have never reflected the correct return flight.
Priceline: DO NOT TOUCH my reservation again. I think it is correct now. United Airlines fixed it, but I spent * hours on chat*phone with Priceline and United Airlines the night before my trip.
I’ve been a customer for many years.
I DO NOT WANT Priceline to touch my reservation again! I think it is correct now.
