I just tried to talk with a customer service rep after a negative experience with your company, and I am blown away with how horrible the customer service was. I took a screenshot of the conversation and as you can see I was totally and completely ignored. I'm distraught after having to spend additional money for losing a car reservation because I was unaware that there was a *-hour reservation policy. I teach at a low-income school where I had to subsidize my income this year with my savings to pay my expenses. I simply don't make enough money to pay for unexpected issues such as these. I'm absolutely shocked at the total disregard that the customer service rep. I am after all a human being just like everyone else and should be treated with some common decency. It is a terrible reflection of the company. I've attached a screenshot of the conversation as well below. I had voiced my issue above the message and was given a response about flights.**IMG*****.png
