I reserved a car and paid for insurance. I was refused service at the counter at Santa Rosa Airport because I have a debit card. I was forced to take a cab home because the information was incorrect on the booking about the kinds of cards that are accepted by the rental company. Even though I could not rent a car I was charged for insurance. I've called several times and no operators are available. I've written several times and no one from priceline responds. THIS IS TERRIBLE GODDAMN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
