Hi**I am Chiaan Wu who booked Phra Nang Inn Hotel vis Priceline.*I ask for refund since the rooms were defective and the hotel didn’t provide an alternative working room for us.*Please find the booking details by confirmation number as below.*Confirmation number: ************Here is the story. **First day, we found out the toilet in our room(****) didn't work well right after checked in, so we asked the front desk to fixed it. They sent their staff to take care of it, but the toilet still not working. Therefore, we told them again, and their engineer came to fix. Guess what, the toilet still couldn't flush. As the result, we went to the front desk and asked to see the manager, then told them the toilet still can not work and they need the exact plumbing tool to fix it. They answered," yes, yes, yes, we will fix it." but they didn't listen to us to buy the exact tool neither the toilet was be fixed on their way. **Second day, **** started smell like ****, so they moved us to another room(****). The same problem, unfunctional toilet, contacting the staff no less than dozen times, and talking to managers a few times* but having a unacceptable company, COCKROACH, in this room. However, the manager assured us the toilet would be fixed again and again, but the manager still couldn't manage to figure out how to fix it. ****** smelled much worse than ****, so we decided to check out on third day. They refused to refund us for staying in TWO defective rooms, including a cockroach in one room.*FYI, I have some photos of toilet and cockroach.**After all, they had chances to give us a room which with a working toilet or fix the toilets, but they didn’t give us a room with a functioning toilet neither fix the toilets. So I ask for refund.
