Raphael Murray. Last May I booked rooms @ the Country Inn & Suites (Kearney, Neb) for December ** & December **. Priceline Trip Number:****-***-***-** & Priceline Trip Number: ***-***-***-** We arrived around *:** p.m. on Dec **. Country inn & Suites was closed. As we approached the front doors we noticed an envelope taped to the door with my name on it. Basically it said they did not have contact info for me. They scheduled us to stay on the two dated @ Days Inn across the street. I have a number of issues. *. We stay at this particular hotel * - six times a year for the last * or * years. I gave them contact info every time. *. If they couldn't contact me they sure could have contacted you so either Country Inn & Suites or Priceline could have called us explaining the situation. *. They rescheduled us to Days Inn w*o our permission. The stay was okay buy I would have never booked a Days Inn. If you look at our history over the last ** years, we have never stayed at a Days Inn. I canceled the Dec ** booking at Days Inn and rebooked to a different Kearney hotel. *. You did not know so I can't be upset with Priceline but I am thinking Country Inn and Suites should have told you. I am really unhappy with Country Inn and Suites. Really, really unhappy.
