i am new customer, i booked hotel in thailand for period ** -**mar**, i inadvertent,ly booked it by an Incorrect email address are used did *****@***.com When I should’ve used *****@***.com.*After booking the hotel I need received confirmation number of *********** and that payment was successful however I have not received confirmation email I’ve also checked my bank account and the money has not been paid at this stage.
