I was shopping for available hotel rooms and selected a choice that said “this room qualifies for free cancellation if canceled by *:**pm the date of checkin. This is the room selected. The day of expected arrival, I called to cancel (around *pm) and I was told I would only be refunded for one night stay (not *) because I didn’t call to cancel early enough. I was told that on the confirmation page the free cancellation if done by *:** changed to having to be canceled a day ahead of time. *I emailed them twice about it and they are not responding. I’d like to be refunded the $**.** they withheld.
GetHuman1689800 did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
