I submitted a reservation and once i hit submit, a pop up window came up and read this cannot be processed. So I went to another website, made the same reservation, same car company. When I went in my email to see my confirmation, there was one from priceline, confirming and charging my credit card. And another one from the other reservation. I now had two prepaid reservations for the same car. I contacted live chat from priceline and they told me to contact Alamo, which I did. They cancelled the reservation and told me I would receive my full refund. Then I went to the cancellation page and saw I was being charged $**.** to cancel. Since this issue began with Priceline's website I feel I am owed this cancellation fee. Each time I call priceline, I can't get a live person and I get transferred to Alamo again, who can't help me resolve this issue. I am frustrated as i have made several phone calls to both Priceline and alamo with no issue resolved. Please get in touch with me and help me to obtain a refund, of the $**.** since the issue begins with the website telling me they can't complete my transaction. Sincerely,*Pam
