The issue in GetHuman-platone's own words
I am a hotel general manager and we had a guest who swiped their creditcard at check in instead of using the priceline card on file. We need the original credit card from priceline to charge so we can rebate the guest card. I do not have a itinerary number or pin number as it was deleted off of the reservation. is there a live person or anyone that can help? its extremely frustrating that you have all automated systems and situations like this can not be resolved.
GetHuman-platone did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
