Dear Team, I am a loyal customer of Priceline with Itinerary Number [redacted]0. I recently booked a non-refundable hotel but had to cancel due to a change in plans. Priceline mentioned they would request a refund from the hotel on my behalf since the payment was already made. Despite multiple attempts to reach Priceline, I faced disconnections and unhelpful responses, which was disappointing. Each time I called, I was informed that the hotel would decide on the refund. However, when I contacted the hotel with case number [redacted]04 given by Priceline, they confirmed they were willing to refund the money, emphasizing that they hadn't received any payment from Priceline. It would be helpful if Priceline could be transparent about their policies regarding refunds. I have been dealing with this issue for a week and would appreciate a prompt resolution. During our recent weekend stay at a 3-star hotel booked through Priceline (Trip Number: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-28), my kids and I encountered a concerning situation. The lobby and hallway were filled with intoxicated individuals, making us uncomfortable. Upon entering our room, we found it dirty and smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, despite being designated as smoke-free. As a result, we felt it best to leave rather than stay in such conditions. I sought assistance from the front desk, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any help with the situation.

I needed to quickly reserve a room at the Hyatt Place Downtown Old Market for one of our executives on 11/15/18. I was on hold for more than 15 minutes and had to book the room for one more night for J.C. against a deadline. I eventually made the reservation online, even though the charges were higher than usual due to our corporate rate. J.C. can address the price difference at check-in, and then a credit can be issued for the incorrect amount. However, I unknowingly booked through Travelweb.com, which I later discovered is affiliated with Hyatt and found this to be deceptive. I am requesting an immediate refund of the payment.

I had a terrible experience on my trip. I am requesting either a refund or a complimentary night. My family vacation with my grandkids was completely ruined at the motel I booked through you. Despite the high cost, the promised amenities were not available. The spa has been out of order for over a week, breakfast was not served due to low staffing, and my bedroom door was damaged, making me feel unsafe. I had to stay in my room all night to protect my belongings and couldn't sleep well. To top it off, my daughter didn't even bring my grandkids due to the missing amenities. I have been attempting to make a reservation for a week now, but the website is not completing the booking process. I was charged twice for my trip to Santa Fe last week, on the 23rd and 24th, causing issues with my checks. It's frustrating that such a big company cannot be reached by phone. This lack of communication is making me reconsider using your service in the future. Please address this promptly to prevent my checks from bouncing. I have tried calling and initiating an online chat with Priceline, but have been unable to connect with an agent. I recently booked a Jet Blue flight through Priceline on November 27 for Danielle S. I made a two-night reservation at Days Inn in Leominster, MA through Priceline. While traveling from New York, I bought a special birthday dinner on November 29th to celebrate. Upon check-in on the 27th, I stored the food in the room's fridge. The next morning, on the 28th, I requested face cloths and reminded the front desk staff I was staying two nights. After my appointment, I found out the birthday dinner had been discarded. The front desk staff mentioned they would inform the general manager about compensating me. During checkout, the general manager informed me that since I booked through Priceline, they could not offer compensation and advised me to contact Priceline. I made a hotel reservation through Priceline for Nov 30 to Dec 3, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel were impolite, making my stay uncomfortable. My wife attempted to book accommodations through Priceline, but despite several attempts, no reservation was confirmed. However, $[redacted].23 was put on hold from her bank account at 4:00 PM EST on Saturday, December 1st, [redacted]. Our efforts to have the funds returned were unsuccessful as no bank representative was available to authorize the release of the held funds. We needed the room reservation due to limited funds, and Priceline appeared to be a reasonable option. While trying to find a place to stay, Priceline overlooked the implications of holding the funds and failed to address the issue, resulting in my family being stranded in our car overnight with our eight-year-old daughter. This is completely unacceptable. Priceline made no effort to assist us or offer compensation for the distressing situation. Therefore, I, Douglas F., am awaiting a response before deciding on further action. As a concerned father and husband, I urge Priceline to acknowledge the seriousness of the danger and fear they exposed my family to due to their actions and inactions. I will take necessary steps to ensure they grasp the consequences of their actions in this matter.

I encountered a problem when making a reservation through Priceline. After receiving an error message upon submission, I booked the same reservation through another website with the same car rental company. To my surprise, I discovered I was charged by both Priceline and the other site, resulting in two prepaid reservations for the same car. Despite reaching out to Priceline's live chat and Alamo for assistance, the issue persisted. Alamo agreed to cancel one reservation for a full refund, but upon checking the cancellation policy, I noticed a $50.00 charge. Considering the initial error was due to Priceline's website, I believe I should not be held accountable for the cancellation fee. I made a reservation for two nights at LaQuinta hotel in Hopkinsville, Kentucky for December 2nd and 3rd, [redacted]. The total cost should have been $[redacted].46, including taxes and fees. I used my Visa card to pay for the reservation online and received a confirmation number #[redacted]. Due to car trouble, I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 AM on December 3rd. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled. I was asked to re-register at the desk and was informed about a possible $88 user override fee. Additionally, a reservation for December 9th was made without my consent and I was charged $25 to cancel it. I kindly request to be refunded the $25 cancellation fee and not be charged the $88 user override fee as I had already paid for the room. I had an issue with my vacation package from Priceless. Our flight from Providence to Tampa was delayed by 5 hours, causing us to arrive at 2 am on Saturday instead of Friday night as planned. I booked a flight for my wife to attend her daughter's Air Force graduation before she gets deployed to Germany.
