My name is Janet green. I booked a room for ** November **** at the Clarion Hotel Airport Tulsa Oklahoma. I was told by the reservation Clerk and I was speaking directly to the hotel. I was told by my church that reserved a block of rooms, we needed to confirm our reservations. When I called to confirm my reservation I was just told to get the price if we received I would have to pay for my room right then. I explained to the clerk the church said we did not have to pay for the room right then. In essence, he convinced me that it had to be paid for right then or else I would not get the rate that was promised the church. I recently had a family emergency come up and I tried to cancel the reservation, unbeknownst to me I could not receive a refund. But please, chastise this clerk for misrepresentation. I am making a issue this because I am out of *** plus dollars. I am on disability and only receive $*** a month. That is a bite that I just cannot afford to throw away. And most of all, I dislike dishonesty and people that cheat* especially the elderly and*or diabled most of all. And of course, I call you number and get the robots. And of course my phone number cannot be found nor can my reservation number be found. My intention if this matter is not resolved it's report you guys to the Better Business Bureau and also to see if charges can be filed against your Clerk for misrepresentation. As we both know, your calls are monitored supposedly. After notifying me, I will send a copy of the email that shows Clarion Hotel and does not mention Priceline. I hope you all and Priceline do not support this type of behavior.
