Covington*Priceline Trip Number: ***-***-***-***This is not a *.* star hotel. I’ve never been so disappointed or disgusted. I have the picture. There are holes in the walls,MOLD in the bathtub,no tissues, the headboard and lampshades are covered in dust, the curtains don’t fit and the smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room is horrific. The top bed linens smell like stall cigarettes. Lysol did not remove the smell How can that be? since the registration clerk repeatedly advised me that our * rooms were none smoking and I would be charged for smoking in the room. I don’t mind an older hotel but cleanliness is a must. The highest rating is *.* in the area. The walked across the street to the holiday inn Express and the Days Inn and would rate them *.* This is not even a * Star based on Priceline standards. I am requesting a refund or moved to the actual *.* hotel across the street for our last night. I can be reached by email or phone ***-***-****. Thank you for your attention.
