Confirmation Number: **********Travel to Spanish Court Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica*November ** -**, *****From: Lori J. Karasek**Hello,**I am writing to request your help. I have been bed-ridden for nearly ** years with Lyme Disease and subsequent autoimmune illnesses. Finally, I’ve gotten better. **I wanted to celebrate by taking a trip to Jamaica with my **-year-old son Kedrick. Friends gave us miles so we could fly for free and then I used Priceline to book a hotel. ** I checked that I wanted a beach hotel with all-inclusive and somehow I ended up with no beach and no inclusive. In the interim, that stress caused me to get very sick. That’s how autoimmune diseases work. ** Stress sets off bad reaction with acid reflux, migraines, and in my case dementia. I have what is akin to an early onset Alzheimer or encephalitis for which I wear an Exelon patch and taken Mementine, all meant to slow the dementia. I am only **-years-old.**My upset over this mistake I made has made me so sick that I had to go to the hospital and get a tube put up my nose, down my throat through my esophagus, and into my stomach to determine why, all of the sudden, I’m having severe boughts of reflux that is disintegrating my teeth. **This severity is new and came on as a result of my sheer upset at erring so badly at booking reservations for my son and I.**I am asking that if you will not cancel the reservation that you at least allow me to pay more and put me in a comparable hotel that is on the beach with all inclusive. Please. **I realize this is outside your policy* however I believe you are fair. I don’t know how much longer I have until I don’t know who my own family is* and I was just trying to spend quality time with my son over his Thanksgiving break.**The dates are November ** to November ** with us departing from DTW. If you can change our reservation to a * or * star hotel, with all inclusive on the beach that would be great. I will pay the difference, if it is a reasonable price. Or, just cancel and refund my money. Either way I am asking for your help. The insurance only refunds $***. I can’t afford to lose that much money.**Please help me.
