cancel reservation ... I had my trip delayed due to weather and a project rescheduling, and called your help center. I was treated very poorly and refused help. Cindy, employee ID *******, refused to give me any contact info for your company and claimed not to even know how to contact anyone outside her own office. She refused to assist or connect me to anyone who could. *We are extremely disappointed with the treatment we received and complete lack of any assistance or resolution after over half an hour on the phone. I've never experience d that poor of customer service, and hanging up on us was completely uncalled for. *Unless assisted ASAP we will cancel all reservations with priceline and never use your service again. Please advise how you will assist.
