The issue in GetHuman-miller_c's own words
Booked in a “pet friendly” room and not communicated to the hotel.*******EC********They fined me $*** for staying in that room and my itenerary says “pet friendly” and ‘paid in full’. Neither were true, additional $** per day ($** total, here) and $*** fine in addition to paid in full. **They said it’s Pricelines fault for not telling us, take it up with Priceline. **I would like to be reimbursed for the fine and extra fees ($***).**Had my itenerary not said “pet friendly” had the hotel not been pet friendly, had the filter I used not been “pet friendly” I would have had an indication that there was a problem. Insted i received * indications that it was and that my room was, thus I could not see the problem until it was too late.
GetHuman-miller_c did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
