Today I was searching for an affordable hotel for my daughter and her three sons * youngest is terminally ill, in a wheel chair, almost completely blind, and they are there because of Children’sHosp. We all live in Louisiana . I found a room at Courtyard Shadyside and immediately started filling out the info. Price was **. When I finished, the info that came up said Days Inn in another town????? I immediately pressed cancel and they kept half my money!!!! For the next ** minutes I talked to Priceline people and also to Katie who is not a person. I decided to go and get the Shadyside hotel for ** and work on refund after. By then it was over ***!!!!!’n*Again I called( fifth time) and stayed on phone forever as a guy tried finding an affordable hotel close to Children’s Hosp. Could not be done. I begged for my money back from that Days Inn. Nobody could help *I ended up finding a decent price room, not as good as before, but Priceline owes me ** DOLLARS!!! IT WAS NOT MY FAULT PLUS PRICELINE STILL RENTED A ROOM TO ME FOR THOSE TWO NIGHTS. I there any person in the company who knows how to take care of this??? We have very little money and are giving all we have for our grandson
