I booked and paid for a vehicle rental through airportrentalcars.com my reservation was for a Volvo XC** or similar (a * seater SUV with a large trunk for all our luggage) my trip number is ***********. When we arrived at LGW after a * hour flight with * kids, we were told by Sitx that our reserved car was actually a Discovery or similar (a small * seater SUV with an even smaller trunk) it was obvious to all of us that * people, * checked bags, * carry on cases and * personal bags were not going to fit in a Discovery. Our only option at this time was to pay an additional $*** to upgrade to the class of vehicle that we thought we had already paid for.*I have contacted Sitx since our return to get to the bottom of this, and it seems that you falsely advertised the class of car that we were renting. *I am very disappointed that in this day and age that this can happen and that the ultimate cost of your false advertising falls on me as the consumer. I am disappointed that all the time and energy I spent online finding a company that offered a car that was big enough for my family at a cost that was bearable to my budget was all a lie told by your company.**Please let me know who I need to speak with to get this resolved, and to restore my faith in both priceline and purchasing online.**Regards*Sharon Burgess****.***.****
